Update:

I have also opened a support ticket with Fortunejack. Below are the screenshots:

Thanks benjamin07, warningsigns and numanoid, I appreciate your replies and I will continue to post on other forums and communities. Meanwhile I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Try various withdrawals maybe a minimum can go under the radar, or go with those screenshots to coindesk, bitcoin news, badbitcoin etc. the scammers will probably give your your money back to keep making more from others.

Great, I'll post there as well. Thanks for the advice!

Another update:

I have since initiated the withdrawal request for 310.04994753 LTC; hopefully it will be a more positive experience this time as I have irrefutably met all the criteria and requirements necessary for withdrawal - as posted in the previous update.

So the current situation now is after feeling hopeless due to no replies to my Scam Accusation thread and frustrated with my dealings with Fortunejack, I decided to do what I really did not want to do and play my 130.1 LTC 5x through as per their apparent terms, which if you have read my original post in Scam Accusations doesn't make sense as I have never previously been required to play any of my initial deposits 5x through.

So now, with a lot of luck, I actually mangaged to accomplish playing my initial 130.1LTC deposit 5x through, bringing my total Fortunejack LTC amount to 310.04994753 LTC. See my screenshots below as proof that I reached this amount by playing my initial 130.1LTC more than 5x through, therefore meeting all their requirements for withdrawal.

My intention is to withdraw my Litecoins immediately after submitting this post, with this post serving as evidence of my legitimacy and right to my earnings to the fullest amount I withdraw.

I am posting here for visibility of my issue, in the event Fortunejack may try to conjure up another reason to not honour my withdrawal.

Edit: Posted my update here since the BitcoinTalk Moderators keep deleting my update in the Gambling section.
5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Fortunejack is declining my withdrawal. Please advice me on how I should proceed on: August 16, 2017, 10:13:38 PM
Hello,

This is very concerning for me and I am shaking out of frustration whilst I'm typing this; the crux of the matter is basically Fortunejack is withholding my Litecoins from me.

As you can tell by my post history, I play dice daily on various sites, unfortunately I decided to play on Fortunejack yesterday afternoon to "relax". I made my usual winnings, and I proceeded to make my withdrawal request. As fortunejack usually takes a longer time compared to other sites, I went to sleep after making the withdrawal request and decided I would check the status when I woke up.

I then woke up and was surprised to see that the status was "FAILED", this was 13 hours after my request.

I then opened up live support to chat with support staff. I was placed in a chat with "Robert", I asked calmly why my withdrawal request failed, I provided all the details etc. He then explained that I needed to play through my deposit 5x. It was at this moment I lost my composure because this has never happened before. I was NOT using any deposit bonus whatsoever.

I have been using fortune jack for almost 2 years and I have never previously had a problem withdrawing my funds. (See screenshots below.)

Last week I even played with Ethereum; I deposited 21.39455000 (~$6,417.00 USD) and withdrew 22.05454854 (~$6,616.00 USD)approx. 30 minutes after my deposit. There was no way I "played" that 5x through in that short amount of time, I usually only play short sessions - get in, win and get out - I'm not a reckless gambler that would wager my bankroll 5x. I mean that would mean wagering ~$32,085.00 USD in 30 minutes, which is crazy and in terms of finances - utter suicide. Obviously it was something I would never do and still would never do!

Below I have provided my entire transaction log from fortunejack, I have NEVER previously had any problems withdrawing my funds and NEVER previously had to play 5x through my deposit. In the first picture you'll see that there was one deposit bonus activated last year on the 3rd of June, THIS WAS NOT MY DOING, I merely deposited and wasn't aware that they automatically activated a deposit bonus; I recall asking them to take the bonus off my account. This is because I NEVER like to play with deposit bonuses ever, so I am just proving that I am one to NEVER use a deposit bonus, hence there should never be a reason for me to have to go through wagering requirements - I'm not new to online gambling.

As I've stated, I lost my composure when talking on Fortunejack live support with "Robert" and I ended up swearing at him, so I can't access live chat anymore, he keeps closing the chat.

THERE IS NO WAY I'm willing to wager 5x 130.1 LTC (my initial deposit), I have NEVER been previously required to do this on Fortunejack nor any other dice site. Imagine trying to wager 21.394 ETH or 130.1 LTC 5x through, that's equal to ~ $29,272.50 USD, if I were to wager this much just to withdraw that would be bloody ridiculous and damn near suicidal in terms of my losing my entire funds at Fortunejack. As I have stated, and proven in my screenshots I HAVE NEVER PREVIOUSLY BEEN REQUIRED TO DO THIS and I also know better than to attempt to wager it 5x over.

So, I apologise for the long wall of text but please, can you guys advise me on how I should proceed and how I can get my litecoins back?

As further proof that I go on dice sites daily and have previously never had this kind of problem, please refer to my screenshots below.

As you can see my username is Hotokorg for all these sites and my gambling patterns are exactly the same.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for casinos with Instant/Near-instant withdrawals. on: August 09, 2017, 12:10:43 AM
I believe when talking about huge money and a little bit delayed withdrawal proccess it is for security reason.
But yeaa i agree a security checking shouldn't takes that long time (up to 12 hours) at least a couple minutes longer than proccess it instantly.
Anyway have you tried primedice? They are the biggest bitcoin site , they even have paid out people more than thousands bitcoin.

Thanks! Yeah, Primedice is on my list to "check out". The more popular the site is the better I think; at least you know that their operations are ran more "smoothly". Yeah I agree, manual checking is no excuse to tack on an extra 12 hours on the withdrawal process.

I think you can try gambling in yolodice that you can choose either slow or faster withdrawal i don't see any bitcoin can be instant it takes a minutes and  needs to confirm first before you can receive your bitcoin..
So if you are looking for a dice game yolodice that i know still active and you can choose the faster transaction to receive your withdrawal fast. .

Thanks, I didn't mean slow as in confirmations, I meant slow as in the amount of time before x site initiates the withdrawal transaction, but big thanks, I'll check out yolodice!

Some sites they don't want to risk their money to allow the bigger amount to withdraw instantly so they need a manual approval process for bigger amounts. Since you're happy with the Bitsler site then just continue gambling over their instead finding another alternative. Bitsler admin also very active to reply people queries almost instantly so just continue gambling on bitsler site.

Thanks for the reply, yeah seems like Bitsler will stay as my primary dice site; I am very happy with Bitsler, just that it would be nice to have some alternatives that are as efficient.

5-10k meaning around 3BTC? Have a look at crypto-games.net
As a bankroll investor, I move a few btc in and out every now and then, haven't had any delay with my transactions so far.

I'm thinking of also becoming an investor, but for litecoin.
What has your experience as an altcoin casino investor been like?

security checking is not the only reason when withdrawals delayed. It happens when casino pays the standard fee for withdrawals, so you can play dice casino which has a different fee for withdrawing your bitcoins. try Crypto-Games.net

Thanks for the reply; as previously stated what I meant was the time before a casino/site initiates the actual transaction. Some sites let you start the withdrawal "instantly", but due to their hot wallet or manual checking it can take up to 12+ hours before they actually initiate the transaction on the blockchain specifically.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Looking for casinos with Instant/Near-instant withdrawals. on: August 08, 2017, 10:32:11 PM
Hey there,

So as the title suggests, I'm looking for Bitcoin/Altcoin casinos which can process withdrawals instantly (or near-instantly) and which also have enough funds in their hot wallet to process large withdrawals instantly.

I play dice daily on various sites but mostly Bitsler as they have proven to be the only site capable of instant payout of my funds.

I play dice with a large bankroll (>5k, <10k), so as to effectively mitigate losses however, withdrawing from sites other than Bitsler takes a very long time. I'm also an active day-trader and I like to have my funds available when I need them, but with other sites I'm waiting ~12hours just to get my withdrawal; a lot of the time trading opportunities have already slipped by the time I receive my funds into my wallet.

So please, I'm looking for suggestions on which dice/casino sites can process large withdrawals instantly.

All help and suggestions appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hey kirch,

I'm still a bit new to accepting payment (as my post history suggests), I have no intention of taking up buyingtechnow's offer - seems like an obvious scam! However, you mentioned "Use Escrow or be prepared to be scammed." Even if escrow was used, and the btc seller topped up his amazon credit couldn't and thus released the BTCs, couldn't the scammer still reverse the GC top up, I read that they can call and say it was fraudulent and the amazong gift card credit would be reversed.

So I guess what I'm asking is, isn't the seller (who chooses to accept gift cards as payment) potentially screwed either way?
Yes,you may be right
But there are cheap scammers in these forum, who don't even have the cards to sell
They just take money and vanish

Ayy damn that's scummy. Although the silver lining is hopefully the people who were duped learned to wise up real quick.

Here is the ip i pulled from a simple Social Engineering I did on him

10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Help] Advice on community trusted ways to accept payment for BTCs? on: November 27, 2016, 07:27:13 AM
I do have a verified LocalBitcoins account, however I haven't ever used it to buy or sell as I'm from Australia and the rates in which people are willing to buy and sell is impractical; with all the fees that go into buying and selling, I'm likely to be operating at a loss consistently if I were to trade in the Australian market on LB.

The US market on LB looks about as scammy as paxful too. The only positive is the feedback and rating system is at least more informative on localbitcoins.

Thanks for the advice though.

More advice is greatly appreciated.
11  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] BTC [HAVE] Neteller / Skrill / Card LONG TERM!!! on: November 27, 2016, 07:18:20 AM
I'm willing to complete the amount you need whenever you need it, but not for 3%

Skrill , Neteller , Paypal, are the same . A phone call , a simple email and funds can be reversed.

ik, I have explained that part.

Sorry man I can pay only upto 3%

I'm gonna go out on a limb here as I'm still new to the bitcointalk community but spot/preev +3% won't get you many offers if any, especially if you're only offering preev+3% long-term. It's simply not an appealing amount, you'll only attract scammers this way.

I understand you may be looking to buy low/sell high, but every single person here is. My advice is offer something more reasonable and also be willing to provide what others are looking for i.e. reasonable rates and compliance to possible verification otherwise, your offer probably won't take off.
12  Other / Beginners & Help / [Help] Advice on community trusted ways to accept payment for BTCs? on: November 27, 2016, 06:43:42 AM
Okay so I've been in the Bitcoin community for a little over a year but only recently got interested in trading (p2p buying/selling).

Last night I made a trade - sold my bitcoin for paypal through paxful; managed to make $11 profit (not much but it's a start). I'm fairly confident (but not 100%) that the person I sold it to isn't a scammer, he had +96 feedback and I back checked the users who left him a feedback making sure that the people he's transacted with also have a reasonably positive rating and have been active for at least one/few months.

However, after doing a lot of research, I found out - as most of you are aware - paypal and the business of bitcoins don't mix and I'm now extremely hesitant to use paypal as a form of accepting payment. So, what are my other options?

I have Skrill, Neteller and OKpay; all verified but I read Skrill can be problematic for the same reasons as paypal so I definitely don't want a frozen account or scammer chargebacks.

I'm waiting for verification at Bitbay, but the bid/ask spread is quite high.

Sp please advise me on the trusted methods to accept payment; I would like to generate a side income through BTC trading and I have decent capital so any advice on these things is also greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Grammar and spelling.

Edit #2: Just wanted to add that having signed up to bitcointalk.org and browsing through services, I saw that people were selling paxful accounts with +X feedback ratings; damn! This makes me really upset, I was already hesitant about selling through paxful, but man...I really don't know who to trust anymore. So if someone could give me some practical advice on how to protect myself from scammers, it would also be much appreciated.
