I'm gonna go out on a limb here as I'm still new to the bitcointalk community but spot/preev +3% won't get you many offers if any, especially if you're only offering preev+3% long-term. It's simply not an appealing amount, you'll only attract scammers this way.

I understand you may be looking to buy low/sell high, but every single person here is. My advice is offer something more reasonable and also be willing to provide what others are looking for i.e. reasonable rates and compliance to possible verification otherwise, your offer probably won't take off.
