What do you mean by "rainbow" ? All I see are green slabs and black-silvery silver. I tried to create rainbow toning but it didn't work. |

Spambots? I've checked a few: registered around the same time, posting around the same time about swimming pools. Yes, very bot-like, especially since the number of identical posts is increasing. @hilariousandco - I offset the exact search term used in google with dashes to make it clear that you have to include the double quotation marks. The actual command I typed into google's search bar was: "mining and swimming pool" site:bitcointalk.org This is the general scheme I use to ferret out plagiarism - I find a phrase with unique or a "statistically improbable" sequence of words to plug into a google site search and if more than one hit is returned I report the post. I thought you had to do, Site:bitcointalk.org THAN what you wanted to search? |

Have you tried logging in to the killyou73 account? I don't know the password or the email that I used when I created it. I had that info saved on my old laptop that broke when I came off my rack and split a table spoon of mountain dew onto it, You should use a password manager. You should back stuff up. Please tell me you have a copy of your wallet seeds in a safe location such as a bank box. The best part is, I was using the wrong browser on my phone.... So I was never logged out in the first place. The only address I have backed up is my 1frankie address. I have the private key written on paper stored in an even safer spot than a bank box |

Yep, that's suspicious and I've seen this before along with the stalling tactic of having a "friend" contact one of the parties to the deal. A while back gameristo got scammed for some PP funds, and this is exactly what happened. I'm hoping for your sake that this doesn't turn out to be a scam, but I'd be more than a little suspicious if it was me. How much was this deal for, anyway? $2800

I agree--it's "worth" ruining a trusted account for if one was dishonest and inclined to do it. Again, I do hope for your sake this isn't the case. It's just awful when all the senior members harp on using escrow to avoid scams, and then the escrow ends up pulling an exit scam. minerjones account has been around since 2014,,,, are people that hungry around here to forfeit a Top 3 escrow position around here for some low level scam. The last top 3 escrow exit scammed for like I beleive 9k. Maybe even less. (Madaiik, or something like that) |
