241  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going $1000 on: March 30, 2018, 03:13:36 PM
I don’t believe Bitcoin will drop back down to $1000 plainly because I think whales doesn’t want that to happen. What will happen to all of their holdings if it drops down to that amount? And what about those big investors too? They will most likely get out right away if it really does happen.
242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has a bad day on: March 30, 2018, 02:05:36 PM
Yes it is really a pretty bad day for Bitcoin and people trading with Bitcoin because it has dropped down again to around $6k+ and people are getting paranoid or some at least are panicking and are selling their Bitcoins because it might get even lower than that amount.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Have to wait till Bitcoin Bear Market is over for Alts to climb again? on: March 29, 2018, 04:43:22 PM
I think the bear market will still go as far as a couple of months. I’m just not sure yet if it’ll extend to a year but I’ve heard some that says it will go as far as over a year. I don’t have a logic yet if it will still continue next quarter but we’ll see after this month.
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: start trading on: March 29, 2018, 03:48:34 PM
Both exchanges are great and you could divide your money to different excahnges because they differ too. And I think you only need 1 valid identification to register on these exchange account. And good luck to your investments and trading.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: HODL mentality destroys the currency aspect of Bitcoin on: March 29, 2018, 01:40:31 PM
The reason why people always advice everyone to hold their coins is that they want greater profits and that’s what destroys the aspects of bitcoin. They all are longing for huge gains and that’s the irony of some holding their coins especially Bitcoin too.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting tired of waiting on: March 29, 2018, 12:39:27 PM
It still all up to you if you want to sell your coins at loss but if I were you I would not keep on checking your portfolio so you wouldn’t feel panic and would sell your coins. Just check them from time to time instead and hold them for a couple of months and see if it will increase its value by then.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Google Will Remove Crypto-related Ads Starting June 2018 on: March 28, 2018, 02:34:49 PM
I’ve heard about this topic too about Google banning any crypto-related ads and I think what they are referring to is the ICO’s promoting or advertising their projects but I don’t think they will ban cryptocurrencies though. Could this be the end of ICO’s too?
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: March 28, 2018, 01:07:29 PM
Currenctly I’m at minimizing, although I have experienced some consequences on your list but I feel like that one fits me more. Not really into gambling that much but I’m mostly just betting when I get a time to gamble, because I don’t want to be hooked up and regret myself afterwards.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What reply did you get when you were trying to get someone involved in Cryptos? on: March 27, 2018, 09:31:29 PM
The reaction I got from my parents were unforgettable; my mom said she wants to invest in them too and try her luck in trading while my dad had an opposite reaction and said I might be scammed by these digital currencies and might loose my money but I told my dad, my capital was only less than $20 by the time I started so I don’t think it would be hurtful if I tried.
250  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Advice Needed on: March 27, 2018, 03:05:26 PM
I think you have read about this a lot but I will say it so it motivates you, experience really is a learning experience and before you enter in the world of trading put it in mind that there are always risks and it’s not always rainbows and butterflies when you start to trade. Google things you are not familiar of or search on YouTube to better understand trading more because you won’t gasp it all in overnight.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH goes from 11 $ to almost 1000 $. What about Waves? on: March 27, 2018, 12:41:34 PM
Yes it is possible because Waves is a great platform, it’s just that Waves lacks something. And I do like Waves, in fact I do believe Waves has great potential especially in the future. I think this coin would be next to Ethereum, but it would need some time to get to that point too but it will for sure.
252  Economy / Economics / Re: Buying a house with BTC on: March 27, 2018, 11:36:27 AM
Yes you can buy a house with Bitcoin, it would just depend on the person you make a transaction with. Or you can bring someone with you who is willing to buy your Bitcoin and convert it to your local currency and transfer them to your bank. It is just a matter of how you negotiate things.
253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become a daily currency??? on: March 26, 2018, 04:39:59 PM
Well in my opinion I can see myself using Bitcoin as a daily currency especially if stores across the globe accepts Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It would be much easier for some to use thee digital currencies because it is less hassle. And the government can help that happen too if Bitcoin will be legalized. Even small stores can accept cryptocurrencies, making everyones life much more easier than carrying real money with you.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptos will die without new participants! on: March 26, 2018, 03:17:47 PM
Yes I agree with you regarding to buying and selling cryptocurrencies are scary to some but I think it is scary only for the newbies. Those people who have been trading a year or more have grown to be prone to its fluctuations so they don't think of the buying and selling of coins as that scary already in the long run. But I think it is possible to that cryptos will die without new participants, it's like bitcoin too if there will be no more people loyal to bitcoin as well, so eventually the coin will die out.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does becoming a parent changes the gambler? on: March 25, 2018, 02:27:00 PM
That's funny when you relate your genes to being a gambler. Personally I think it is the lifestyle of a person that makes him/her a gambler and if the child grew up seeing his parents being a gambler so most likely he will become a gambler as well. I'm pretty close to someone who grew up to have a father that's a gambler and up until now even if his father is struggling with gambling, he was not into that kind of thing. He mentioned to me once that he does not want to be like his father, in debt and almost got nothing because of how addicted he was with gambling. So it does not really run in the genes but it is within the person himself if he wants to be like this father.
256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach $ 91,000 by 2020? on: March 25, 2018, 01:11:45 PM
Well I do think it is possible because 2020 is still a long way to go and there are a lot of things that'll happen in a year or even a month! So I'm not totally agreeing your point of view and I'm not contradicting either to that thought because last year their speculation was just around $13,500 but it skyrocketed to $20k. So I'll just be hopeful but not really thinking about it that much.
257  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without knowledge on: March 25, 2018, 12:11:48 PM
I couldn't agree with you more because I know some people who just trade because they wanted an easy profit without gaining knowledge about trading itself and cryptocurrencies then they whine about it why they lost that much. The real technique to being successful in trading is you have to gain knowledge first, educate yourself so you would know the run around of trading before getting into the real thing.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had to put all of your money into only 1 crypto, which would it be? on: March 24, 2018, 02:36:32 PM
That would be Bitcoin without even thinking twice. Never mentioned how long I will be holding it but just plainly asked where I would love to put all my money into. And I think most people would know the answer on why I chose Bitcoin among all the other coins there is and it is the oldest cryptocurrency there is so it is basically the strongest among others and have been proven and tested by how long it has been in the cryptoworld.
259  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm new to crypto where to start? on: March 24, 2018, 12:56:39 PM
Stick first on where you want to know or what you want to know, then you can start from there so you won't be confused where to start first. I also was not able to know where to start reading at first but I kept on reading everyday so I can move my way around and so I will be educated at the same time while I was also trying out trading.
260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rich people don’t gamble. on: March 23, 2018, 10:55:46 PM
Actually what the OP is saying is true, although there are some wealthy person who waste their money on gambling casinos just to pass their time and I’ve known some who are like this, and I’ve also known some who are less fortunate and strive hard to hit the jackpot because they feel like that’s the only chance they got to being wealthy; hopeful that one day they’ll be lucky.
