This is what my hashrate with this pool looks like in the last days, very uneaven. The system has been running fine for 72h but the registered hashrate is really off...

i just bought a similar rig with 4 x 7950. but with 16gb ram - sounds like you might need 8bg for litecoin (with 4 cards)
Ok, please link to a page where i can confirm this. Have 8gb ddr3 somewhere in a box

Also what clocks/speeds you have
GPU 0 : Core@700, Memory@1000, 0.950V (To keep temp down temporary) GPU 1 : Core@900, Memory@1250, 1.050V GPU 2 : Core@900, Memory@1250, 1.050V One problem here is that even do i rise GPU 0 to 900/1250 aswell, it doesnt go up to about 500Kh/s as the other 2 cards, utilization remains at 65-70%, any ideas? Try 825/1375 and see what it gives you! 875 / 1450 = 510K/502Kh/s @ 68C I=20 825 / 1350 = 460K/502Kh/s @ 67C I=20 Will try to OC alot more when i get proper cooling.

I think there's a problem with the server? Anyone else? your intensity is TOO high, and your cards dont keep up. Lower it! How is an intensity of 20 to high? I have all my cards set to 20 and they run perfectly fine and with less than ~2% rejects as well. So I really doubt that is it. Intensity of over 13 in cgminer ususally gives less hash rate. Try 13 for an hour and see if it helps, I bet it does. As far as the error, we rebooted the servers for like 3 minutes around that time, sometimes cgminer gets hung up and doesnt properly reconnect when the pool goes down. Just restart your miner (try -I 13 Trust me, its worth trying) and it should be fine. With an intensity of 13 my cards get ~ 350kh each which is ~300kh less on each card than intensity 20. How is it that a lower intensity is supposed to be giving a higher hashrate? Every miner i have running either cgminer and reaper all benefit from a higher intensity. Where did your read or hear that a lower intensity will give you a higher hashrate? It's the same for me.

Another realted question, sry if off-topic.. What numbers should i look at the ones to the left (1) or the ones to the right (2)? When i overclock the cards, only the left column is changing, please explain. Thank you.

I must have looked at the screen at exactly those 30 sec Anyway, seems like its working better and better. But i have some problems with Reject's, for the last 12h my stats are the following: A: 7993 R: 220 HW: 0 , thats about 2,7% rejects. I have tried I=13 but that gives my way lower rates, about 250-280Kh/s per card which is like 50% of their potential rate? Any ideas? Thank you!

Your numbers are way off. First of all you mine in the wrong pool (on screenshot ) and secondly, the 0.58 ratio is for thr 7970s not the 7950s. You should be getting no less than 600 Khses PER card with 7950s.Increase memory and put core in the 950~1000 Mhz zone. Try also this cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333 -u yourUsername -p YourPassword --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 and let me knwo how it works for you I was mining with the other pool before when this one was down This is with "cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333 -u user -p pass --shaders 1792 --gpu-engine 900 --gpu-memclock 1450 --gpu-fan 100 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256"

I'm trying to use as a dedicated miner, 3 7950s, for some reason it just wont reply with accepted at any point.
i finally got my workers going, there has been alot of problems, but now its atleast stable. Have 3 7950's running, 2 of them @ stock speed (core@840 and memory@1450 to get 0,58 ratio), and 1 down-clocked to get lower temps (core@580, memory@1000). Still waiting for my pcie-risers. Im getting about 240Kh/s per card with I=13, and about 490Kh/s at I=20. I hade about 75% HW's before, then i changed --thread-concurrency = 22528 and I=20 and after that less than 1% HW's. Why? This is my bat file: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333 -u user -p password --shaders 1792 --intensity 20 --worksize 128 -g 1 --gpu-engine 580,840,840 --gpu-memclock 1000,1450,1450 --thread-concurrency 22528 --gpu-fan 100Will start to overclock to get better numbers as soon i get my new case in order. Is 490Kh/s @ stock OK for a 7950? This is a screenshot and the code from the .bat. i feel like cgminer is a much larger pain in the ass then reaper. I got my 3 7950s hashing at 1800 on reaper in half the time lol ugh Please send me some links and your settings!

This is my temporary setup until i get my pci-risersRunning 3 of 5 7950's as for now. Need to finetune it for LTC, work in progress.

If you want im on PC atm, send me PM with teamviewer axx and a temp password so i can login and fix it for you!
You got PM

Can somebody point me to optimal 7950 settings? I've got my 3 running at stock at the moment, but I feel an urge to tinker with them coming on... That would be nice!

I would really appriciate that, will install teamviewer when i come home tonight. Thank you!

send me PM with teamviewer details so i can have a look! We can chat from the build in chat of TeamViewer as well. Note make a temp password and send me please, and make sure you remove it after we are done!(if you send me now i will remote in instantly, currently im on pc ) Details send. Thnx for willing to help me. I will be a loyal to your pool. Glad to help ! Enjoy your new hashrate :p Thnx for the help. Hashrate is now 1447 KH/s. It will be mining in your pool for a long time I could really need some advise here aswell. I lowered the I=13 now, but still getting alot of HW's. The speed is also really bad. With intens = 20 i hade about 1480-1500 Kh/s, now with 13 its about 700...and still getting slots of HW's. Please let me know what i should tune. I have 3x7950 atm (waiting for the pci-e risers to add another 2 pcs). This is with default settings and I=12

make all cores around 890~930 and try intensity 13. Also where you have set your memory? Put a screenshot up form cgminer to see that everything is ok This is what i currently have, the cooling is somewhat insufficent so i had to lower the core on card #0 to get temps below 85C.

Looking good. Can't help you too much with your 7950s as there are much better people then me to guide you but I remember reading about setting the concurrency threads to optimise the hash rate. Someone recommended this setting: "cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://poolhere:3333 -u username -p password --worksize 256 --thread-concurrency 16384 --vectors 1 --intensity 18 -g 1 --lookup-gap 2" Use this! cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333 -u username.1 -p xxx --intensity 13 --worksize 256 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 8192 However, on the AfterBurner INCREASE the memory clock!! LTC mining uses Memory speed, so the higher the better. Also try to keep a rartio of 0.57~0.60 from Memory Clock vs Core clock so put memory on max and keep cote clock to the 920~930 range Try this and let me know how it worked for you Now its running at about 1450-1500Kh/s and default setting and 20 intens, cores @ 750, 900, 900 I will try this setting soon.

Did you make sure you're using the --scypt command at the prompt?
Mine looks like this (I run 6950s so don't copy everything exactly),
cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333 -u username.1 -p xxx --intensity 18 --worksize 256 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 8192
Yes now i downloaded the autogenerated bat file from wemineltc, and i think its working properly now, even do it need tweaking. This is what the *.bat file says: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333 -u user -p pass -I 13
