For my volume, most exchanges don't have KYC. So my favorite are Bitfinex, Binance, Hitbtc for some rare coins and idex for ERC 20 tokens.
I also use these exchanges and in which Binance is my most preferred exchange because I can choose and search for good projects to invest. Most of the current investors are very few KYC because it is not necessary and they do not want anyone to control their information. |
