Можно будет также раньше срока их продать и получить обратно вложенное. Это выходит 3000 битков минимальная планка, такую не соберут если своих инвесторов крупных нет. Стартует ICO. Я покупаю n-ое количество токенов ZrCoin за биткоины, например, предварительно купив сами биткоины за доллары. Через 1-1,5 года мне гарантируют выкуп токенов по удвоенной цене - по $2.8 за штуку. Но а что возвращается? Я отдаю Zrcoin-ы, а получаю назад биткоины? Или доллары? Если за это время цена биткоинов упала в 2 раза, то моя конечная выгода (при обратном обмене на доллары) составляет 0? или как?
Если через 1-1,5 года цена биткоинов упадет в 2 раза, то ты получишь в 4-е раза больше биткоинов. Т.е. весь расчет идет в долларах, а выплаты в цифровых валютах будут по текущему курсу на момент выкупа токенов? Расчет в долларах на момент операции, выплаты по текущему курсу, да. |

Минимальный сбор - 3,5 миллиона долларов - эта сумма позволит поставить одну производственную линию. Мы также заявляем максимальную планку - 7 миллионов долларов. Эта сумма позволит наладить 2 производственные линии, что существенно ускорит процесс становления предприятия и выкуп токенов у инвесторов. Если минимальная сумма не будет собрана, то мы вернем деньги. К сожалению, на меньшую сумму у нас не получится реализовать задуманное. После ICO токены будут торговаться на биржах, но выкуп их будет происходить в личном кабинете, то есть каждый сможет их продать, купить, докупить, если хочет, или если он предпочитает ничего делать, то это тоже вариант. Можно подождать и продать по максимальной цене, получив прибыль. Вкладчик может выбрать, какая стратегия ему ближе. |

Так что с миру по нитке, думаю, необходимую сумму соберут. 1. Money back. They will accept orders from people who is willing to invest after Ico ends.
So they can match these orders with sell orders. There are always some funds available, so with a realitively not huge amount it's not a problem to handle. If there are problems after the ICO ends, MANY people will want their money back but FEW (any?) will want to invest at that same price. So you will NOT get your money back.Everyone in the world would be rich if you could invest in risky projects and make lots of profits if it's going smooth and is successful but get your money back if they run into problems. Please don't be so silly as to believe this with your hard earned money. The project is insured, that is why they can afford to give money back. And they are not the first, some projects actually give that guarantee, though they are few anyway. Can anyone from the team comment on this? Is there an insurance or other thing to guarantee funds for a buy-back if people want to get their money out of the ICO after it is closed? Well I think zrcoin is itself a commonity. Not physical though, and value of it is mostly made-up but in the terms of how it's minted and distributed - this piece of shit can be viewed as a commodity. No other commodities, not even physical ones, will be pegged to the value of zrcoin or have an impact on the valuation of its blockchain. This will tank like a rock in a marsh. As much as I still quite agree with you on this but zrcoin is a crypto-currency and not the same as a physical commodity in this sense as the zirconium, I see it as being pegged alongside the actual zirconium as traders move with buying the rumor and selling the news should in case the Zirconium dioxide commodity drops in value. Commodity-backed tokens ZrCoin will create an entirely new kind of financial instrument: an option for a commodity, hosted on the Waves blockchain. Options are widely used in industry, and in essence are quite straightforward. If tokens gradually skyrockets within short period in exchanges riding over the buy back price, why would trader choose this option instead
I would say in other way, if devs of Coin have planned price of buy-back why traders should give more? It can be possible only at the last stage, after when production will work in proper way. Surely it will be more attractive and some people would prefer to keep coins and get shares of the plant instead of it. |
