Does anybody know how to uninstall byte ball completely from my Mac? Not only the ~250MB, the whole "blockchain" I downloaded.
The directory that contains all the data in macOS is ~/Library/Application Support/byteball, removing it will remove everything, it's not just uninstalling though, I mean if you have funds they will also become unrecoverable. But if i have the wallet-seed, everything is fine, right? with the wallet seed i can delete everything anytime, i can always recreate my wallet with the seed, right? With wallet seed you can restore bytes and public assets. For private assets like Blackbytes, you need the backup of the directory.

I thought the dump after airdrop would be deeper.
There are guys, coming for the free money at first, who realize the potential of Byteball and buy more. This balances the market.

I'm glad to introduce the Snail Coin Toss
It's a 51/49 coin toss that you can play directly with a bot, it doesn't require your trust since a smart-contract is used.
Pair your device with the bot: AlC854WVi7kHvTn0z6k4i7/GihEYQUltB7vkLGw4+efH@byteball.org/bb#R and go to chat.
Hey, I used your bot and won, but I don't get how to spend the money from the smart address. Return to the home of your wallet, you should see also xx bytes in smart wallets under your main balance, click on the bet smart address to select it, then spend this smart address (you can send the money back to your main address).

Freefactomizer, another question: why is the bot not also sending money to that smart contract? Or why doesn't it appear in the screenshot of the smart contract that it does?
The payment from bot appears in the chat, you can check that the smart address is pre-funded by going back to wallet home to look at the smart wallet balance.

I'm glad to introduce the Snail Coin TossIt's a 51/49 coin toss that you can play directly with a bot, it doesn't require your trust since a smart-contract is used. Pair your device with the bot: AlC854WVi7kHvTn0z6k4i7/GihEYQUltB7vkLGw4+efH@byteball.org/bb#R and go to chat. Bot asks you the amount you want to bet, your address and send you a payment request to a smart address like this: There are four possibilities for spending the smart address. 1. if the random oracle generates a number < 49000 and if you properly made the payment, then it's you who can spend the smart-address. 2. if the random oracle generates a number >= 49000, then the bot can sweep the money back. 3. if you didn't pay to the address, then the bot can sweep the money back. 4. you can spend the smart-address if it was already spent, it's a security in case you make a payment to the smart-address after the bot has swept the address for any reason. It's not translated by GUI in an human-readable way yet, it will done in next versions. The random oracle uses a BTC block with 2 confirmations to generate a random number, that's why you have to wait an undefined time before knowing the result. For now, the bet amount is limited at 1MB. I will increase the limit later. Have fun !

What date was the last distribution and what happened in the market. I don't see any major drops on the chart that weren't followed by a fairly quick correction.
Some dump, some want to buy more. The market is quite balanced.

Thanks! English is not my first language so I'm still refining it.
May I ask you which kind of bot are you developing mister devrobot ?

Tired of replying to everyone on 4chan when advertising this, I decided to create a small tutorial.
That's good job, well done !

Hello, i still confused with this things.
Which one btc wallet I need to use since we cant use exchanger wallet
and say I have 1 btc on my wallet, and after drop I use my btc , and when drop comes next month I added again 1 btc or more to my wallet , can I do that or I need to hold my btc forever in my wallet in case to get airdrop ?
Thanks
You need to put your BTC on your linked address at the time of the distribution. Between distributions, you can do whatever you want with them.

If we buy byteball and send those byteballs to our wallet, will we get the 20% stake?
Yes, you still need to link a BTC address (even empty) to get also BlackBytes (an anonymous asset).
|
|
|
Can we use a Poloniex address? Or do I need to send the BTC to my private wallet to prove I own them?
You need a private wallet.

This is one of the few serious projects in the altcoin space, looking forward to the next round distribution.
Yeah and this project isn't a promise, it's a working software !

One question... how can I check my linked addresses at bot chat?... what command I have to write?
Thanks
Type a random letter, it will resend its welcome message with info about your addresses.

Better accumulate byteballs right now :-)
And later when cryptos will turn into a bear market because of ETH&tokens bubble burst.

OK guys: whales, pump, dump, airdrop... what will be the value of your balls AFTER the distribution completed (that is to say 1,000,000GBytes are distributed)? Good question... Let's turn it simple: What in your mind will be byteball top ranked currency to the long term? From https://coinmarketcap.com/If byteball reaches the top 5, capitalization should not be lower than $1,599,000,141 a GByte would have a value around $1,600 If byteball reaches the top 10, capitalization should not be lower than $561,078,801 a GByte would have a value around $560 If byteball reaches the top 20, capitalization should not be lower than $320,562,275 a GByte would have a value around $320 Byteball is clearly better innovation than Ethereum. The only thing stopping Byteball from dethroning ETH right now is the denial of Ethereum fanboys. Thankfully it is not the current investors of cryptocurrencies that we need to care about. They are all clinging to their pet projects and pumping that crap (dash, monero, eth pumpers). The gamechanger will be the new people who are right now being drawn into cryptos. They seek for undervalued coins such as byteball and they are not going to invest in an already inflated market such as ETH. Since cryptos as a whole is still a very small market the vast majority of people are still yet to join cryptos. Those numbers will dwarf the communities of Bitcoin and Ethereum. The new generation of cryptocurrency enthusiasts are not biased towards any existing crypto so they will simply join Byteball because BB has simply so much better fundamentals than any other coins. And finally the eth fanboys see their get-rich-quick scheme slowly bleeding while byteball drinks the blood of Ethereum, they will then admit being wrong just like those who bought into pets.com before the dotcom crash. I agree there will be strong disillusionment about ETH cause it's overhyped. Byteball isn't though in frontal competition with ETH. Byteball can't run code and can't do what everything ETH does, but Byteball brings simplicity with simple but usefull contracts that anybody can understand without coding knowledge. I think we will see bridges between ETH and Byteball like bots proposing bets to people using hedge or data from Augur. Byteball is designed for popular adoption and conserves an underground spirit (like BTC ever had) while ETH only proven use-case is a tokens layer for big compagnies.
