13  Other / Beginners & Help / Seeing I'm considered a n00b - I'll post here. Report on CedarTec - scam on: April 06, 2013, 10:45:21 AM
I went through the process to test out what these guys would do and received a response asking for bitcoins to be deposited into a wallet of their choice.

After receiving this email I responded I would like to proceed with using BTCrow.com - an escrow based business for bitcoins.

Their response was.

Quote
Dear customer,

we are not able to accept payment through a
escrow service. We need the bitcoins to order
the components. Like you know we build by order.

If you need more sureness please wait until we publish
our hardware photos or until may.

With best regards,

Your CedarTec Team.

After doing so I would like to definitely chalk this one up as a scam, unless they truly prove themselves.

Mods feel free to move this post to the discussion if possible. I cannot

Wow, this is the first forum I have been to that requires 5 posts in order to move on. Shouldn't there be a report button?
