I read your PM and i didn't reply for two reasons.
1. You wanted this Loan fast and for a very strict/specific time. I was not be able to fill it at that time.
Even though i was able to fill it, i would need more time to check and secure Collateral-->Send funds. Especially when the Collateral is like the one that you offer.
By the way, i hardly take this kind of Collateral...
2. As i state at my start of my Thread, i prefer any Loan Request to be made/post publicly. Because a lot of people don't "read" it, i reply and inform them for once and that's it.
It's not the first time that you send me a PM for a Loan Request. I have told you about my preference, still you send your Requests through PM's.
If you have a Valid (and Significant) Collateral to cover the Loan Amount that you ask, there is no need to make a Loan Request through PM's.
I hope that you do this next time that you probably want a Loan from me. Until then, good luck.
