New SPIN&GO poker game has now been added to our site BTCit-Exo.com!
More info here.

Nice.
I was going to add this to BetKing last year (think there's screenshot in my old thread).
Problem was is waiting on enough players to keep the games running and then doing provably fair while allowing jackpot without it being a +EV for player and -EV for investor.

Will have a look and see how you guys done it.

I entered my withdrawal address and clicked save. It said to confirm by email but I have not received the email.
It is not in spam folder and there is no option to resend.

Are you having email issues?
Can you pm with any details you need to resolve?

Thanks
4  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂ INVEST on: February 13, 2017, 09:08:34 AM
Actually started working last night on a similar idea las Ryan posted and wondered if I should integrate into BetKing.

Was excited about the fact that:
1) Provably fair for investrs, but also
2) Your site could be legal in every country as you can have the investors be the ones who process the bets. You are just match making. Like BitTtorrent.
3) Possible to have reduced server costs but this isn't much anyway.
4) Investors can't cheat players as BetKing still acts as escrow of funds.

However after some thought I don't think it's really worth doing.
I personally don't need any extra trust from investors.
Poker would need to be processed on my own server so that can still be a legal issue in some places.
Poker needs no investors and isn't provably fair anyway.

Also in long run if you wanted big FIAT site to buy me out then I doubt they would buy a platform that relies on investors being distributed like that.
I wonder though if it means you could allow FIAT deposits legally if you're only acting as escrow?
5  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂ INVEST on: February 12, 2017, 07:32:48 PM
Is there someone who has an idea of how to provide (create) a provably fair system for relations between the investors and casino ?

Yeah, i can think of a few ways.

The simplest is the one I developed before, you can check out pevpot's thread which is now defunct, but it had a provably fair scheme that was totally fair for both investors and players, and used the blockchain in a way that was robust against miners too. But since the method requires waiting on blocks, the UX is going to suck pretty hugely. But it might be worth it for huge bets (e.g. >100 btc). Maybe?

The other way to make it provably fair for investors, the workflow could be something like this:

1) User sends bet to the server
2) Server publishes that bet to investors
3) Investor with at least $BETPROFIT BTC in theier account accepts the bet, and sends a hash of a random number and seed they generated
4) Server locks user/investor balance for the amount and sends the server hash to the user
5) User records the hash, and then sends a client seed to the server
6) Server sends client seed to investor
7) Investor uses the client seed to know if they they won or lost, records it, and reveals their original random number and seed
Cool Server validates the investor random number and seed, and resolves the bet in favor of the investor or client

That should be provably fair for both investors and users.

With a bit of scripting magic, I'm reasonably sure it's possible to make the above procedure not just provably fair, but actually completely trustless. I'll avoid saying too much, incase I stumble upon a bottle of amphetamines and get the energy to try commercialize it =)

That's similar to the way Contingency (the ETH platform BitcoinStrip linked to), kind of.
It would definitely work but I think it could be too slow for the players that are used to 10+ bets a second.
6  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂ INVEST on: February 12, 2017, 07:09:11 PM
Hello,

It's been several months since our team is thinking  about opening Bitsler.com for investments.  The goal is to be able to provide a much higher max bet than 10 or 20 BTC, something like 100-150 BTC.  However, our major concern  is  the FAIRNESS.  Indeed, it is easy for people with an access to the server to create an account and make it win. I don't tell that other online casinos who are opened for investments already did it , not at all.   I am just trying to say that it could be done by them, so  the investors will never find out about it.
I could give my money to people like Dooglus or Dean without any hesitation or fear. But even if your investment was profitable,  you will never know if the owner cheated on you (Let's take an example of the casino that made :  +100 BTC profit .  Its' owner may create an account and win 25 BTC.  Even if you are still in profit : +75 BTC, you have been cheated on and your profit has been decreased). And this is a big problem for us, especially when we are talking about a big amount of money.

We all know, that Provably Fair System exists for relations between players and casino. But after doing some research, we didn't find a provably fair system for relations between  the investors and casino.  I know that Dooglus thought about a system like that in the past (someone wrote it in a topic).

Is there someone who has an idea of how to provide (create) a provably fair system for relations between the investors and casino ?

Thanks

Thanks for the vouch there.

There's not really any great solution to the problem. Dooglus, NLNico, me and some other people in the forum have proposed or looked in to methods before but nothing was really great. Most ideas involve extra servers and would make betting a lot slower for players.

The best option investors have is to invest only what they can afford to lose in people/sites they feel won't cheat them. Options are usually slim Smiley

An investment option could be good for you as you get to cater to whales who bet big.

I've actually just divested from a bunch of sites because I like to have total control of my coins and don't want the stress of worrying if a player on a site has found a way to cheat of if the owners are just winning themselves. Note that I'm not accusing any sites of doing this, but I just prefer to not have to worry about it.
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Slot, Roulette, Bit Spin | 99% Dice Released! on: February 12, 2017, 03:30:03 PM
pray that N8s is not house itself .. you can never be sure
Now that is very serious accusation.
n8 has very bad luck recently and he lost lots of bitcoins. So i would say he was very lucky, but still, i wonder(again) about his overall stats and profit, if he has any.

Well if you want to get all tin hat conspiracy theory like. Someone did pull out nearly 40 bitcoins in the bankroll just hours before N8 went to town, could that be the house?

The bankroll also saw over 50 Bitcoins reinvested after N8 went to town on the bankroll, could that be the house?

I took out the 40. I was going to take out my full investment but the site can take longer for large withdrawals so I left 60 in.
I then saw I was down 4btc in morning then lost a further ~9.5 when N8 started the very unlikely dice win.
I withdrew ~47 after that.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you login to a gambling site with Twitter, Google or Facebook Id? on: February 05, 2017, 08:00:21 PM
Everyone so far seems to have given the expected response Smiley

I wouldn't use it either but there are benefits to it.

You don't have to trust sites to store and secure your password. In the event they do not properly secure your passwords a hack or database leak could mean your password is public and can be used to login to other sites where you have used the same password. But you should be using a different one for each site anyway Wink
Using login via Facebook etc means that is not a problem. There is no password to leak.

A site could also set it up in a way where they do not record your name or personal info from the details retrieved from your social media profile. Just your user Id. Though you would be trusting a site not to do this.

A site could aslo setup the login system on a non gambling or bitcoin related domain so that Facebook etc don't know you are logging in to a gamvling site. Sure they could figure out eventually though.

A player could also create fake Facebook account to use for password but then if they are going to go to the hassle of doing that then they probably are the type to use fake email and unique passwords etc.

I was just curious as I was writing an OAuth login system at the moment and wondered if this is a feature to add or not.
As simple as it is to do so it probably is a bad idea and could even put some people off using a site.

9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Would you login to a gambling site with Twitter, Google or Facebook Id? on: February 05, 2017, 06:17:22 PM
Most sites, at least dice sites, provide either a login url (Just-Dice, SatoshiDice) or ask for a user name and password (BitDice, PrimeDice).

One of the benefits of Bitcoin gambling is betting anonymously.

There has been a couple of sites however that allowed you to login with your social media profiles, though they seem to be dead now Smiley

Do you think sites should offer the option of login via social media profile as well as the normal username/password?
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 DiceSites.com - List of dice sites w/ statistics, graphs & verifiers on: February 03, 2017, 08:33:36 PM
And it is possible crypto-games is not open with their stats so it cannot be added.
Wrong, and easily to check for you. Crypto-Games offers public investments and hence provides all necessary stats, more than some casinos listed.
Further, all stats are available via API (https://api.crypto-games.net/v1/coinstats/BTC and https://api.crypto-games.net/v1/settings/BTC for BTC).

crypto-games is a casino not just a traditional dice site either so it isn't as easily comparable.
Yes and no. It's possible to just list the dice part of the casino, the stats for the dice game are available seperately and can be compared to the dice stats on all other sites.
Bitdice offers more games than just dice aswell, so does nitrogen (sports). Those sites are listed.

Yeah I checked out crypto-games and you could make a case that it should be added. But I am not sure what other sites gamblingbad is talking about.

If you only look dicesites.com you will believe its only a few sites. Dosent matter for me what you believe. I just like stats nlnico makes, thats why i post here and hope he adds more sites. Not to disqus with people who not follow btc gambling.

The thing is that NLNico always wanted to only list sites that he felt were trustworthy.

Takes a very long time for a site to prove they are, if they ever can since even some long opened sites can turn into scams.

I am invested in 4 sites not on NLNicos list but as much as I like them and have spoken with the owners I couldn't personally vouch or recommend them to investors due to them being new and also because I'm willing to take the risk personally.

It's one thing to invest in something but it's much worse if you then start recommending others do and it turns out bad. Then your own reputation is tarnished. NLNico has one of the best reputations in this community so I doubt he wants to mess that up.

Excited to see the new version. Long awaited but who am I to talk? Wink

I admit I would love to see Bustabit on there though.

Vdice.io is one ethereum based gambling platform which have collected good amount of ethereum during ICO here in this forum.

You can check below links which may help you to understand how they have conducted their ICO successfully.

Wow this is very interesting - Thank you for sharing

This is the only ICO gambling which is running very successfully and their profit sharing token system is very good and fair and you can see that on every hand the profit is transfered to the profitcointainer and on each month they distribute it to their share holders promptly

If signature spammers would stop trying to make VDice sound good, that would be wonderful. For what vDice supposedly raised, they are a colossal failure. They do less bets per month than most sites do in an hour. They have been open long enough where there is no excuse for shitty volume.

I never thought v-dice failed, thanks for sharing this. I was under the impression that Dean of BK tried ICO ff v-dice' success.

I don't think I had heard of them when I tried it. I actually was looking for similar options even last year before my recent one too, before ICONAMI and things.
I had seen alt coins doing it before and was just looking for legal way to raise funds and that model seemed to fit.

what are >>> more in depth features<<<?

how is MP handling or better expressed taking their cut from PvP games like Poker and Lotto as I understood exo is offering PvP games?

There are no advanced features. This should give you the tools to create just about anything you like. It's up to you to use your own creativity.

I'm not sure about the exo question.

how about some examples

There are no examples of what the point of the feature is or description of what the feature actually is in this thread except
"Buckets are an accounting feature which allows app owners to create more in depth features."
But then he said to you there are no advanced features.

The api docs don't give any details of what they are for either (just a heads up, some errors in doc regarding param names)

It seems to be that an app can create a "bucket" to move funds into and transfer funds to players.
I don't know why you need some new feature to do that though since you could always transfer funds to players right?

I think the point is that as an app owner you can create "buckets" and name them like "Faucet" or "Btctalk promo".
Then you fund them with the amount you wish to use for these promos.

You then pay the faucet or promo from the bucket and then whenever you need to calculate your profit/loss you can see the expenses
labelled by buckets. Like you would see you spent 1btc on faucet etc.

That's just a theory based on the fact he said it was an accounting feature.

IMO it would have just been easier in this case to have an extra description field on p2p transfers where you could specify the transfer was for faucet or whatever.
Then allow you to view all transfers and group by description.

But I'm probably missing something here.

Maybe Craig will give a better example of what this if for and how it is useful.

14  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitvest scam how you were likely conned out your btc. on: January 21, 2017, 02:40:25 AM

There is a few people who have posted about yous guys in the past saying they bet all their funds away because you took to long.

A player opting to bet their balance away is their choice, we give them that option. They could win, they could lose, it is merely done a convenience to allow users to play more. I do acknowledge that them losing could result in better profits for investors, but again, they are opting to bet it themselves.

You only give that choice so they can lose it back you have told me several times you hope they lose it back.
To tell people you wernt there so you didnt have to answer withdraw questions.
You pushed it off on us other mods to be exact.

Most of your mod tools are meant to be shady.
Shaddow ban, bans people from rain but still allows them to speak no one ever answers them why they don't earn from the rain bot.
The new auto banning system, and system that bans people but lets them still type thinking they aren't banned.
Plus and minus system that allows mods to rate users chat to decide how often they get picked.
i can go on about your mod tools and rules you have which are slightly shady.
I can go on and on about the shady things you guys have done and prob will continue to do.

You know that proof of liability system yeah it don't update very often and they could be gone for hours with your money and you would never know.

In fact lets tell everyone how many tokens you pay out, the whole reason for the bonus rain is to allow users to put btc in it but guess who is getting most of if in the end that's bitvest.

Please go on because so far none of the things you have posted are anything remotely like a scam Smiley

Delaying withdrawals is not a scam.
There are legit reasons for a site to delay withdrawals, especially large ones, such as:
Investigating that the player had not cheated.
Investigating that there was not some fraudulent withdrawal attempt.
Not enough funds in the hot wallet.
Bitcoin security is hard to get right and you don't want to keep much in a hot wallet for the reasons listed above as well as others.

As Ryan said the accounts could be debited and so a player can't play. On BetKing I made it so accounts were debited and then the user would have a pending
transaction until the wallet had enough funds or I processed manually.
But lots of sites don't have that.
You know what my most requested feature was? Cancel pending withdrawal so that the player could continue to play Smiley

It is the players decision to gamble. The site is didn't make them just because withdrawals were delayed a while.

So your main scam accusation has no weight.

Regarding mod tools. It is not shady to shadow ban people. I think almost all sites do this.
It is smart because level one spammers/scammers and abusers (of any rules a site decides) will not know they are banned and not look to get around the
ban system to continue their spam/abuse.

Banning people from rain is perfectly reasonable. That is money the owners of the site are giving away for free and it attracts some absolute scum to a chat who will abuse it Smiley

Bonus systems are of course designed to get more users to a site. Did you think gambling sites were charity?

Lastly you say the owners said they hope the players lose it back.
Got news for you, it's a business not a charity. Of course most owners hope a player loses their winnings back.

So none of your scam accusation here is valid at all and you are clearly just annoyed you never got a share of the profit.

That's another issue though that is for you guys to work out. But not a scam the way you say it is.

15  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🔴🌟🎲🌟🔴🌟MONEYPOT.com -- Crypto Casino Suite and Web Wallet 🌟🔴🌟🎲🌟🔴🌟 on: January 20, 2017, 10:27:36 PM
BUCKETS ARE NOW LIVE
https://www.moneypot.com/developer/

Extremely sorry for the delays, I had initially planned to release v2 Buckets earlier in the week but was faced with some slight challenges. With this release, the faucet will be deprecated permanently. Please update your apps!

For now, Buckets lives exclusively programmatically with it being implemented into the App Overview sometime in near the future.

Please be sure to look over the documentation and contact me if you have any questions.

Quick Notes:
- Confidential apps only!!!!
- 3 Bucket Types (Open, Strict, Closed)
- Several levels of ACLs. App owners inherit users.
- Can be used for faucets, promotions, pvp games, jackpots and more!!
- Destroyed buckets are visually destroyed. The data remains but access is disabled.

Bucket Types & ACLs:

Closed:

App Owner - Create, View, Destroy, Credit, Debit
Player - Denied

Strict:
App Owner -  Create, View, Destroy, Credit, Debit
Player - View, Credit

Open:
App Owner - Create, View, Destroy, Credit, Debit
Player -  Create, View, Destroy, Credit, Debit

App owners auth's can create actions on behalf of other users. Player auth's are restricted to their own account auth. If an app owner auth is conducting an action based on a users auth, the user's ACLs are inherited.

For example, an app owner auth making a credit to a closed bucket on behalf of a user auth will still be denied.

What exactly is a bucket? Don't see any mention of what the actual feature is.

Now the WEB interface is working for me but the API still down

The API works fine from here.

There's now two people who have had large sums stolen (~78 and ~48 bitcoin)

There's two people who claim to have had large sums stolen.
Fine but important difference.

I know them and am pretty confident they are telling the truth.

add my name to the list of people who had a large amount of coins stolen
It's amazing how many newbies accounts get scammed right?

Don't make assumptions.

These people have been scammed. I know 2/3 of them, previous BetKing investors who I am pretty confident are telling the truth.

Newsflash, not everyone who invests in Bitcoin dice sites visits or joins  these forums.
The top 10 investors at BetKing (which was about 4000 bitcoin between them) didn't have forum accounts.

NLNico has also removed the site from dicesites.com

p.s. yes this is a newbie account Smiley Click trust, it verifies it's me.

Is there a plan to have a high roller list or is there one that I'm missing.

My bankroll profit swung from -0.4 to +0.8 last night but can't see any bets.

You can!
There are two places where you find such information:
1/ in the "stats" section where there will be your awesome bets in the highscore
2/ you can click on the little gear in the watch section to define if you want to see only high rollers

well done man!

Thanks

Also just to clarify, this was from investing. Not playing.

Ah then I don't think you'll find what you want...
Bankroll isn't the important thing in a dice site. What's important is what you bet
So you won't get stats about bankrolls I think, only on big bets

You don't need to tell me what's important on a dice site Wink

Anyway, for a crowdfunded site investors do actually want to see the latest big bets so they can see why their profit increased/decreased by a large amount.
