Considering a big part of the features for the hybrid exchange can be taken from the existing trading platform, how many people do you think you will need on the payroll?
I am asking because many ICOs have burnt through their money this year on their huge team while somehow not producing anything.
And many enstablished crypto companies had to cut employees, talking about Steem for example, 70% of them if I recall correctly. I don't even know how they make a revenue in the first place it's normal to do that during a recession/bear market. that's why it's important not to expand too much during bull market. This is what distinguishes a good project (with a smart team) from others. It's easy to spend a lot of money for staff etc. when the tokens from the devs funds are worth a lot and you raised tens of millions during your tokensale. Now during this bear market you have to spend your funds wisely to survive. There was this news a couple of weeks ago about SirinLab, a project that raised 158 million (!!!) and now only have enough funds left for a year! It's terrifying how much inability some teams have. Every good housewife who has to plan the money for some monthes has more expertise sometimes. Now it's a pretty complicated solution, that requires high effort, time and money. so, now this situation is not entirely clear |

There is no response from the team yet. I think they just care about the community of their telegram instead of this community. I don't think that but this time the team has been late to providing update about the projects development. I think they are busy in other important work which is more important than providing an update. That's why they are getting late in providing updates. All they need to do to avoid that situation is hire a community manager which considering how much they are planning to raise is cheap I think, the team has already taken care of this, and in the near future we will see the result of such actions |

No news yet. Even though everyone is just asking that What's going to be the deal with the beta testing? Is there like a link and can everyone join or just a selected few? Yes everyone can participate in the beta testing except from the countries that are restricted from participating in the ICO I will be glad to take part in this and see, how it will evolve, because it looks quite interesting from many points of view. |

That might work. It's not that hard to follow one's way instead of making mistakes yourselves. Also, MGO is really doing great last month. That indicates if company's doing well too. Best of luck! As far as I can see people are pleased with the project. Not everyone. Hard to judge since we all choose things we like/trust etc. Personally I'm holding some of their tokens and bought a bit more for the better future but do not follow the project at all because not really interested in gaming lol sometimes, I'm excited by the games and I'm curious to watch it. I would like to know more about this project. it causes me some excitement |
