81  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 03, 2022, 10:28:37 AM
AC Milan won with a big score last night they were able to make the whole stadium happy with the goals they scored. I praise Olivier Giroud performance last night by successfully becoming man of the match in that match, Giroud was able to score an early goal which made the atmosphere of the match better controlled by AC Milan. By successfully contributing 2 goals and 2 assists, Olivier Giroud seemed to have rediscovered his sharpness because before he seemed to have difficulty scoring goals in the domestic league. With this result AC Milan was able to secure 1 ticket for the round of 16 along with Chelsea who were able to win the group.
I join to congratulating to Milan and Giroud. Milan seems to be out of the group for the first time since the 2013/2014 season. Milan, I think, will decorate the group round with their game, the team plays very interesting and open football.
Olivier Giroud seemed to have a second youth. 2 goals and 2 assists is a great result. It seemed that after so many transitions, Giroud would quietly get lost somewhere and disappear in the 2th squad, but no, he was still able to find his game.
It is a big celebration for AC Milan, as at last season they got kicked out in the group stage after finishing fourth in group C with only one game won. This season they got so much improvement  having played against RB Salzburg , Chelsea and Domino Zagreb and their worst performances was against Chelsea both home and away. Giroud made soo much contribution in seeing the proceed to the next stage. He made the biggest contributions equating his goals to his assists.
82  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 03, 2022, 10:17:24 AM
That is not enough excuse to hide his identity from his family. If his huge win can make his family lazy then he as a father has failed because a man who got the best training for his family in terms of morals and discipline will not get scared his children reaction to such win. For me this should be a boast to my kids in pursuing their dream careers except the man in question is not having plans on investing then he is the one to be scared of not his family.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nfts are altcoins in pictures on: November 03, 2022, 10:10:11 AM
Nfts are altcoins in pictures format.
It obeys the rules of supply and demand.
NFTs seems more like Art.

I agree that NFTs are art but a lot of people make NFTs carelessly and hope that their NFTs will go to the moon. I'm not a fan of NFTs but when I see an NFT with beautiful art it feels like I want to invest there and I want to have some shares from that art.
But generally the supply to demand ratio for the NFT market is so not proportional, Some beautiful unique NFT creative works are still lying helpless on Dapps with no interest from buyers or investors. It takes extreme promotion to make an NFT work marketable which makes it slightly different from the Altcoin market where exchanges and project managers help promote and launch their coins,  in NFTs it takes extra to get investors attracted to those tokenised art works.

85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alters for Next Bull Market on: November 02, 2022, 06:46:37 AM
To get a coin that will do a 50 -100X gain is some how difficult at the moment except it will be gambled through. Take the risk in the bear wait for the bull the list that makes it to the next bull wins while the ones that crashed remains our loss. But frankly stating no speculation will tell how well new project will do in the next bull run not even the total supply can decide.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to say? on: November 01, 2022, 10:36:18 PM
So is it safe to say that all this billionaires in the society controls the crypto market, because why's it that whenever they tweet about a project or just say a random words, the project start to pump?.

What's your opinion guys?
What goes down with this tweets is the reactions of buyers. Most holders of a particular project base their research on the tweets of this influential Billionaires in that if the same price will pump they all rush in and buy and price eventually pumps and when those so called billionaires get a satisfactory profit the pull out their funds and gradually price begins to dip until it finally crashes in most cases.
87  Economy / Reputation / Re: JollyGood and his devaluing attitude on: October 31, 2022, 02:36:07 PM
Are you sure this is an issue, or does his tag on you bother you? Maybe if you guys tried having a respectful conversation with each other vs trying to force an opinion on one another, you might be able to resolve your differences?

We don't all have to like each other, but we should respect others' opinions and try to get along. If we cannot, use the ignore button.
It is really hard resolving differences with JollyGood and I doubt if after his tags he bothers revisiting the users whom he gave those tags for shit posting to see if there have been any improvement. And no matter how respectful the user's conversation might be he takes his final judgement even before any fair hearing.

I don't condemn his judgement especially when it has to do with quality of posts but there should be room for flexibility and adjustment preferably a room for a personal appeal other than giving out tags and still use the ignore button on them.
88  Other / Beginners & Help / The primitive era had the best Bitcoin could offer!!! on: October 31, 2022, 07:13:19 AM
The era where buyers accumulated like thieves  Grin Grin, When price was very much affordable, I mean the era where Bitcoin was a gift from friends and well wishers. Those who bought from 2009 - 2018 are millionaires in currencies below USD for those who were patient enough to hold.  Kristoffer Koch happen to be a lucky  Norwegian student who bought 5000 bitcoins in 2009 for 27 dollars and the date his holding was announced Bitcoin price was around 2519 dollars per one coin. link here

Do we believe Bitcoin will ever make more millionaires in other currencies beside the USD even if not in the present generation maybe in a long time probably when we all have been reduced to dust and and only our good works live on. Because those who were able to eat the good days of Bitcoin were those who bought when the idea was still fresh and hot and now every single authority is standing in the way can those good old days replay for holders to have a share of what happened in the past.
89  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Marriage: Character or Beauty? on: October 29, 2022, 06:58:57 PM
Beauty is not enough for marriage. I will prefer a brainy woman to a beautiful woman without brains. The character that attracts me most is a woman who is open to new discoveries, trying out new things and ever ready to learn no matter how difficult it seems. Beauty can be deceptive. I will gladly enjoy an ugly girl with brains than a beautiful girl who has nothing to offer.

Outside that everyone needs a compatible spouse. If my compatibility dwells in a queen who is ugly then it is my duty to make her feel beautiful has much as i can. Facial beauty has landed so many in wrong marriages and relationship I will always chose happiness over facial beauty anyway.

90  Economy / Reputation / Re: I wish I could contact jolly good on: October 28, 2022, 05:48:22 PM
Thanks to everyone who showed concern. I will like to ask JollyGood who is a DT member to single out another post besides this where I forecasted an old match|. I won't bring this up here again what ever JollyGood feels is best as a judgement I will have to leave with it.

This the first Pm I got from Jolly after a Pmed  the user.
Hello,

Thank you for the PM. I hope you are well.

When I left you neutral feedback you did not complain but as soon as I changed it to negative trust, you began contacting me. Why?

If you were tired why did you "need" to visit the forum? People do not post imaginary sentences with conviction if they are "tired". You did not have a clue what was going on yet you posted as if you were the expert on that subject. The games were already played and took a day to post what you thought the results would be - just to fill in the blanks for your signature campaign fee?

It looks like you are driven by nothing other than signature campaign fee income which should not mean you can post any nonsense to increase your post count.

I will revisit this issue in 3 months time to remove or revise my trust depending on the quality of your posting. Thank you.

Kind Regards

Please the act wasn't by intention. I had a stressful day. Can I get a last trust from you. My content are quality I was just tired and needed to visit the forum. If I could be considered and given a last chance from you I will strongly appreciate thanks in anticipation...

I got one more pm after wards I got ignored:
which include

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch. I hope you are well.

Right now I think it is inappropriate to remove the the negative trust. I will have to review this in 6 months time and as long as there are no other tags on your account I will probably revise my trust to neutral or remove it.

Kind Regards

The three months is over please remove the negative trust.

This happens to be one of my replies on his post that got deleted I will ike every one to look into it..

Before the games were played today, Liverpool held a +4 goal difference advantage over Manchester City and when they went top of the table with a 0-1 win at Newcastle it increased to +5 but Manchester City thrashed Leeds 0-4 which means it is down to just +1 now.
This one point difference will keep going on and on till the end of the season. As it stands both Liverpool and Manchester city are strongly eyeing both the championships league and premier league title and how will it be if either of the two secures both. City lead against Leeds city brought them back to the top else they would have been 4 points behind Liverpool
91  Economy / Reputation / I wish I could contact jolly good on: October 27, 2022, 11:01:08 PM

It should be fare enough for JollyGood to allow my messages go through. It's eight months and counting and after few months of chat with him on the negative trust I got I was blocked and can't send a message across to him.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the best time to buy Old Coin? on: October 10, 2022, 04:11:51 PM
Hope you recall not all old coins ever survived bear market some crashed for ever. It will be more straight forward if you point out specifically which old coin you could be referring to. For now Bitcoin is the most reliable and to time when to buy is simply buying where you met the price if it pumps take profit and what to buy lower again because no one can emphatically say where the next bear or bull price will hit
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin is Mutuality on: October 08, 2022, 11:44:13 AM
Will Bitcoin talkers agree with me that Bitcoin is Mutuality because we all depend on each other on the p2p network both for Bitcoin values and it's transaction. This dependency on each other is profitable both for individual and community growth. It some how means everyone on the network has role to play to see to the proper functionality of the coin ranging from miners, developers, traders, investors, speculators and even spectators.

Lastly since Bitcoin operate independent of third party standing as a community to debunk any FUD  about Bitcoin POW is a collective responsibility of everyone who operate on this forum and beyond.

Bitcoin mining is not depleting our ecosystem, it's not the cause of green house effect neither is it the cause of climate change.
94  Economy / Services / Re: BitcoinCleanup.com charity signature/avatar/social media campaign [Members+] on: October 01, 2022, 12:33:23 PM
The green looks natural and earthy. Pow energy usage isn't as bad as it's been projected by the government. If not for anything else it has guaranteed security and a reward system for miners. Biitcoincleanup.com is a good move for the Bitcoin community
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: determine a good project on: October 01, 2022, 11:58:15 AM
One way to know which project that has the ability to do well in the future during bear market is to check how much the are willing to pay for publicity and how good their management team are, also their social media channel has a lot to say about them. Developers might not have much to contribute to the growth of the project it takes active engagement of both the project founder and the managers to see that the project makes future growth
96  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Corruption ok on: September 17, 2022, 01:00:35 PM
Corruption is detrimental. It's difficult for any nation to grow with it. With the rate at which the present society crave for more money it's becoming tempting to see corruption as something that should be normalized. But no matter how it's been presented  corruption brings down development and stagnates economic growth using Africa as a case study.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2Mint & Play2Earn Blockchain Games on: September 03, 2022, 04:46:45 PM
Have you tried Gamma4 built upon Bluzelle blockchain. Its an interesting P2E game where gamers play and earn. It rewards In-game NFTs  collected  while playing PVE(player vs element) and PVP(player vs player) activities, the NFT in Gamma4 can be interacted with players, they are useable as functional NFTs that can be used as in- game characters, cosmetics and can be traded outside of the game’s world.

You can more info on their white paper
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 13, 2022, 06:12:00 PM
Brentford have managed to score 4 goals against Manchester United in just 35 minutes. Eriksen lost a lot of balls to the opponents in the midfield. De Gea is on an unlucky day. Maguire is as bad as ever. Cristiano Ronaldo will regret even more that he did not manage to leave this team. He alone cannot react to the team's bad play. It's going to be a nightmarish day for Manchester United.

What is Manchester United playing?! Teams like Brentford scored 4 goals in the first half. United failed to score a single goal. Brentford had a total of 7 shots in the first half, four of which were on target. Martinez is not playing well. Meanwhile, Maguire's performance is poor as usual. I never imagined that Manchester United would be beaten so badly. Day by day their performance is getting worse.
Brentford has crippled Hag strategy. I wonder what Erisken is doing in defensive midfield and why Hag will want to start Fred. Lets hope Hag is still testing his strategy he needs more time to prove if he is the answer to united poor performance. Hag would have either played Christian Erisken or Bruno instead of using of them thereby making Arisen play defensive
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Can I get answers on a few Defi projects? on: August 11, 2022, 04:28:57 PM
I got a task on some crypto projects to finish up and felt I can get some interesting ideas on the Bitcointalk community to improve on my research. I have gathered some useful informations but I feel they are not enough so I decided to bring them here too to get more ideas.

1) Aave is one of the leading lending protocols in all of crypto. How have they maintained their status as a premier lending solution? How has the protocol evolved since its launch? What protocols and ideas are they most interested in partnering with?

2) Aptos and Sui are two promising third generation blockchain projects. Compare and contrast their technology and how they market themselves. Which chain do you think has a better chance to succeed?

3)How did Terra partner with fiat on-ramp solutions to bring liquidity into its ecosystem? What improvements have on-ramps and bridges made to improve onboarding processes for end users.

Thanks all for your contribution in arias
