The more the better for tx propagation and block validation. I think 5000 is good enough, if it grows with the number of txs, not reduces.
How so, and how ia that useful. In general nodes dont provide benefit to the network are are just wasted resources. It would be more valuable to spend resources on buying coin or developing apps etc You not read Bitcoin introduction by Satoshi Nakamoto: http://www.buywithbitcoin.info/satoshiNetwork The steps to run the network are as follows: 1) New transactions are broadcast to all nodes. 2) Each node collects new transactions into a block. 3) Each node works on finding a difficult proof-of-work for its block. 4) When a node finds a proof-of-work, it broadcasts the block to all nodes. 5) Nodes accept the block only if all transactions in it are valid and not already spent. 6) Nodes express their acceptance of the block by working on creating the next block in the chain, using the hash of the accepted block as the previous hash. Nodes always consider the longest chain to be the correct one and will keep working on extending it. If two nodes broadcast different versions of the next block simultaneously, some nodes may receive one or the other first. In that case, they work on the first one they received, but save the other branch in case it becomes longer. The tie will be broken when the next proof- of-work is found and one branch becomes longer; the nodes that were working on the other branch will then switch to the longer one. |

For me most interesting is that 3 guys in Netherlands decided to create Bitcoin City (Arnhem) where everything can be bought with bitcoin.

We haven't broke any rule. Zepher is writting feedbacks by his own non written rules. Second rules are not clearly written and hard to find for new members, rules should be near "Help" button. It took me about a couple hours to find rules when i registered and all i have found rules written by member instead of clearly written by administrator in page. This cause a chaos with rules, members misrepresenting them because it's not easy to find them and reputation system is like an wild west, i don't like your face nigga! Bang!  . You see Zephy i am not a bad person, you have ruined my reputation and my partners, but i am still smilling because i think that we all are victims of misrepresentations and we will become friends. |

There's how it's started, i replied about 30 threads in auction category for members who sell accounts.
immediately Zepher wrote negative feedback.
There's only rule to not sell accounts, i have only tried to buy.
I wrote him negative feedback also because i felt innocent, i tried only to buy accounts.
First i said to Zepher let's solve this kindly, i removed my negative feedback from his profile but he blocked me.,
Then i told to my patner x13 to contact with him and solve this issue, he wrote negative feedback for my partner also, because now he thinks that we threathing him, but when i said him let's solve this kindly he blocked me. We don't want enemies, but you denied my proposal to solve this kindly.
Then x13 immediately contacted with Kuriko to post his guide listing because he knows how much reputation is important to get sales.
He wrote negative feedback to me only because i tried to buy account, he wrote negative feedback for X13 only because Zepher deniend my proposal to solve this issue kindly.
Now he wrote negative feedback for member Kuriko because we use same bitcoins address for my project donations
Kuriko never contacted with him or did anything wrong.
I have paid to members to promote my website in signature and he ruining every members reputation who promotes BuyWithBitcoin.info.
I am starting to think that someone hired him to ruin my reputation.
I created account "Zepher777" only for one reason to solve this feedback issue with Zepher because he blocked my account
Right now Zepher ruined everything for us, instead of catching real scammers. We just want negative feedbacks to be removed.
Our project has stopped only because of Zepher feedbacks
Maybe Zepher catched scammers in the past, but now he is wrong, everyone makes mistakes.

I would say never.
Ebay bought Paypal to earn more, solve fraud cases faster and control users.
Bitcoin would increase fraud cases, overwhelm the control of users and in the longterm if they start to accept bitcoin and promote it bitcoin would win and leave the paypal behind begging for some users.
If paypal was not bought by ebay , maybe ebay would add bitcoin, but right now they are afraid that if they integrate bitcoin more people will realise that they don't need paypal.
Their goal is to control and rip the profit with crazy taxes
They can't realise these goals with Bitcoin
