41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forced to change on: April 12, 2018, 10:34:05 PM
Bitcoin might not replace these financial institutions, but they will
force them to change!
Bitcoin is a revolution when it comes to economics and sure it will change how financial institutions function, we might see more transparency in the future on what they do with our money and technology is improving at a fast pace and there will be a time when there i will be less job and that is my only fear, i like to see good healthy competition rather than taking advantage of us.
42  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 12, 2018, 10:06:12 PM
The IPL seems to be throwing up some exciting matches. Mumbai Indians set a below-par target of 147 for Sunrisers Hyderabad to change. Rashid Khan finished his 4 overs with an economy rate of 3.25, which is extraordinary in a T20 match. Hyderabad were reduced to 137/9, but still managed to scamper home by 1 wicket of the last ball.
There are some unpredictable matches being played in this season, Chennai match was also a close encounter and won in the final overs despite a huge score and now Hyderabad winning in the last ball with just one wicket remaining and one striking thing i found in the two matches is that the final overs bowled were not world class bowlers.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: April 12, 2018, 09:06:15 PM
Pundi is essentially a way through which you can not only buy but also sell various crypto currencies. Another advantage of this Pundi app is that no one would stop you from buying cryptocurrencies.
There is always a possibility that the governments could intervene in the distribution of these POS devices citing legal issues, it is a really interesting development and i support this product for aiming at a large scale acceptance of the digital token and i would like to hear about more projects with the same intentions.
I have one more doubt, i converted my tokens to NPXS, but what is this PXSXEM swap, do we need to swap our tokens once again.  Huh
44  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 20 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: April 12, 2018, 07:37:30 PM
Hey everyone, thanks for sharing feedback regarding the new version. We read every single bit of feedback here and are trying to improve our product every day. Please drop suggestions below and also let us know which altcoins you want to see on primedice for our first update.
Thanks for the new version and i would like to see doge coin being added, so that it will be fun to roll once again rather than worrying about the price of bitcoin.  Grin Litecoin will be an added bonus and if you can add those coins then you will be having a bigger audience in my opinion, my top pick alt coins are Bitcoin cash, ETH, Doge coin and Lite coin.
45  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: April 12, 2018, 03:31:46 PM
International games we can predict based on team performance and previous match results. IPL is different we can't predict which player will play good innings, the last ball will change the game result. it is a pure luck based game.
This is a problem as i lost one bet you never know who is going to perform on a given day, i usually never watches these matches, but i was in a sports bar and they were playing the CSK V KKR and with a good total of over 200 runs i thought KKR will be winning the match after Dhoni was back in the pavillion and made a decent bet and i lost it in the final overs, one thing i understood is to never bet while drinking.  Cheesy

You said you deposited about 26.5BTC.
Where were those funds originally sent from? Maybe post a trans ID

I think the reason why they haven't replied is because many those BTC come from a trainted trail or some stolen BTC.
Either way they have to respond to the user and state clearly what is the delay rather than playing the judge. It will be a good thing to post his transaction ID which will give more clarity to the situation.

There was a similiar situation with the $30 million tether hack last year. Somebody bought $10 million tether off the market which ended up being locked up.
I am not sure how you are able to purchase millions of coins off the market, either way it was a foolish decision and an unfortunate one.

If your BTC came from illegal sources, you will have issues getting it back.
If the team have the evidence, they have to produce the evidence rather than holding the coins.
47  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 06, 2018, 12:29:02 PM
You have insulted Chanderpaul by saying that he is from India. Chanderpaul was born and brought up in Guyana, although his forefathers immigrated from Bihar (India) in 1873. It is no secret that Indian origin cricketers have always faced a rough deal from the WICB. To worsen things further, Chanderpaul is very vocal about his religion (Hinduism), which evoked a negative response from the Christian dominated WICB.
I did not know that to be a sports person you have to be from a religion that the majority of that country follows, are we talking about religion in this day and age, if Chanderpaul is born in Guyana he is a West Indies player and no wonder they are in trouble to find talented players like they had in the past, looks like they are no international matches this month, is IPL that big now.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: give your best advice on: April 06, 2018, 06:27:31 AM
It is a good choice if you are able to diversify your investment, never put everything into one project, i have done that mistake in the past and i paid dearly as i am still keeping that coin for a long time, if you find a good project that you think have the potential to give you immense profit then you can invest seventy percent in it, other than other diversify your investment in good projects .
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Electrum.com controlled by scammers to distribute malware called "Electrum Pro" on: April 06, 2018, 06:00:49 AM

Electrum's website is https://electrum.org . We do not own electrum dot com, and "Electrum Pro" is very likely bitcoin stealing malware. Please use http://bitcoin.org  for a list of Bitcoin wallet websites.
Please spread the news as quickly as you can. Thanks everyone.
I know that there is a good chance that a spam network is operating in the forum. I also know that you cannot be stopped but please, help spread the news as a public service for the sake of the community. This is your time to do some good.
I thought there was a domain hijack that happened, people have to be careful when dealing with cryptocurrency as you never know when you are going to fall victim for the scam and phishing sites that are operating to steal your funds, actually these domains must be forcefully taken over, MPAA used to do that and there must be a legal option to take over the domains to protect users.
50  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think the markets will collapse on: April 05, 2018, 09:38:42 PM
If you remember correctly a year back from now the market valuation is no where near the current valuation and no one expected that the market would rise this much but now everyone is afraid that the market is going to crash because everyone is seeing the market correction on a daily or frequent basis, i am sure that the market will recover and i do not think that we will see a collapse.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I buy for $ 10,000? on: April 05, 2018, 09:19:06 PM
If you take a look at the market, you can find all the coins in the top hundred have gone down significantly , it is a good opportunity to invest in any potentially good coin and you will end up in a profit when the market returns positive, it might take a few more months to see another market rally yet it is a good opportunity to invest at this time.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: India Bans Cryptocurrencies with Immediate Effect on: April 05, 2018, 02:42:32 PM
I guess such a ban will only incite a lot of Indians to buy some crypto, as in order to make it impossible to buy you need to ban the Internet.
If there is a regulation against the use of banking system to purchase virtual currencies, how can anyone purchase the coins and even if they are able to purchase the coins, how are they able to sell the coins when the cooling period of three months is over, unless there is a change in these regulations i do not see people risking to invest in it, i would like to see what decisions the exchanges are going to take now.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BITPENTA | THE TRUSTED SMART CONTRACT BASED INVESTMENTS PLATFORM on: April 03, 2018, 08:54:01 PM
I am not a fan of trust based smart contract without even knowing the team behind the project, but since this is a small campaign i would like to know what they are trying to bring to the table and will it sustain for the long run. I have seen many sites which handed out hourly and monthly profits but they all did not last long as they always run away with the funds in the end. If the team is planning to have a successful project they need to be transparent with their identity .
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 💰💰 SME Banking Platform || Signature Campaign 💰💰 on: February 08, 2018, 01:54:46 AM
Good news for those who are participating in this campaign. We are extending the duration for another 3 weeks (until 1st March).
Meanwhile the payments until 7th February will be rolled out as promised within next 24-48 hours.

55  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Why do big corporations accept BTC? on: February 07, 2018, 11:59:03 PM
Moreover, not knowing how regulation might influence the outcome for BTC is another argument for not accepting it?!
Have you heard about 50 cent, who accepted bitcoin for his album and he left the coin untouched and now it turned into a million dollars, you have to be positive and if you are ready to accept the challenge you might win.The rapper never anticipated anything,he just wanted to try out and forgot about it it seems. 56  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will under 5000 within this month do you think so on: February 07, 2018, 11:53:10 PM
This can never happen in 2018 because you can see when the Bitcoin exchange rate drops to $ 6,000, it goes back up to $ 8000, and the experts predict that in 2018. , Bitcoin's exchange rate will reach $ 50000. But it is undeniable that the cryptocurrencies market is easily manipulated by people who have a lot of money.
The reason for the market recover when it went down below $6k is because of the positive response from the senate hearing ,if not for that news, who knows the market might be going down, manipulators are everywhere,it not exclusive to crypto currencies, you will find them in stock exchange and forex too,but the issue is,if you are caught in those exchanges you will be having a heavy fine, that wont happen with crypto market, which gives them a free license.
57  Economy / Speculation / Re: THE BITCOIN CRASH LOOKS STRANGELY FAMILIAR on: February 07, 2018, 11:44:22 PM
As a lot of you have probably noticed, the cryptos are not doing so hot right now. If you were smart and looked at history, you would have known this was going to happen. You would have cashed out at the peak and bought back in when it hit its all-time low. Were you one of those people?
We had a great run last year and never expect the same kind of run all the time,no market can sustain that level of growth all the time, you need to have market corrections once in a while and i did book my profits before the correction started as it made no sense to push the market beyond $20k as it was a milestone. I am waiting for the market to settle to re enter. But i purchase some coins when the market went below $6k.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Thoughts on SEC meeting on: February 07, 2018, 11:31:49 PM
sec has no weapons to stop crypto revolution. they have a dilemma. if you put controls then people will feel more protected and crypto explode
With the outcome,it does not look like SEC is trying to stop the revolution, the meeting was a grand success and so is the reason the market responded on hearing about it and so is the reason we saw a decent recovery from the bleeding markets we were seeing for the past few days.We might see some regulations in order to counter money laundering, other than that it is here to stay.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO or buy later on exchange ? on: February 07, 2018, 10:41:58 PM
How often does the price get lower than the ICO price when a new coin is listed on its first exchange house ?

How come there are coins that are worth like 0.0004 $, usually during an ICO one coin is sold in the range of 1$ or not ?
Most of the time, the price of a token goes down once it hits the exchange,if you are running an ICO ,you can put any valuation you want, but investors also must be impressed by their project,if not it wont work out well and most of the time the price goes down simply because the team might be selling off the coins for the start up procedures.
60  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrogen Sports 🏈7 DAYS of SUPER BOWL! 1 BTC Up for Grabs! 🏈 on: February 07, 2018, 10:31:07 PM
@Nitrogensports. So no chance in adding all the minor categories in the Oscar awards? You know those categories are our only best chance to win some bitcoins from you hehehe. Please include them and bring some unpredictability in the game.

Parlays are also disabled. Why?
I am sure nitrogen wont be allowing parlay on Oscars,if you know more about the possible winners this time around ,i would like to know,so that i could take some risk and wage some bet, what unpredictability can they bring into Oscar's ,if you have any ideas do convey and if it is good and convincing ,they might even add those . Wink
