Everyone expected and still expect prices movement for halving. Halving is one of the biggest and important evert for Bitcoin. So miner rewards will decrease from 12.5 BTC to 6,25 BTC. I think you should see the difference between the market caps of both eth and bsv. Yes, bsv beat Bitcoin cash but that doesn't mean it'll beat eth in one go. Also why do you think that an eth holder whose holding ethereum in it's tough time will just sell it as something else is rising. It's just bsv hype which will vanish soon.

 I'm planning to build a condo, and fund the construction by selling tokens. I already bought the land, we are working on the architectural plan.
