1621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Says Forks Are Bad? on: January 11, 2020, 05:56:06 PM
It's simple to see and yet many failed to see the truth, many said coin forks are bad because they are just copycat of the original coin well so far all forks from popular coins are doing well, last bullrun all forks like bitcoincash, Ethereum classic, litecoincash all bring huge profits more than their original mothers, who says forks are bad? I thought we are all here for the profits? Honestly aren't this coins more better than most new coins of nowadays?

Bitcoin gold, bitcoin private, zclassic and etc, i knew some you made fortunes out of these forks, these coins are better
If you are talking about the profit from these forks then yes these are good but if started by legit developers many will try to do a fork without have any knowledge and just launch a shitcoin. If the developers behind the fork are great then we will really get the profit. The first profit will be the price of the original coin which will increase to the highest value.

People just left the BTC to fork for make money. However, time has shown that Bitcoin is more than hundreds of projects devoted to it. There is no Bitcoin fork yet close to the BTC. Bitcoin Cash and all other trash together, Bitcoin alone!

Sheff Utd

A good start for me  Wink

It was brave to be able to choose Shefield against Leicester! Leicester is too good to lose the match with its magnificent defensive structure.

It looks like Ibrahimovich is starting to show the influence of his arrival at AC Milan. They managed to defeat Cagliari. Even though Cagliari's game is pretty good. I hope this can be a very good start for Milan to improve their position in Serie A this season.

Ibrahimovic's first win at Milan by scoring 1 goal in 64 minutes may be the start of Ibrahimovic's success at Ac Milan and I want to know how the next match will be whether Ibra will be more aggressive and make Ac Milan shine again like before?

Even with his unique ego, Ibrahimovic continues to succeed despite his age. However, I think it is difficult for him to perform until the end of the season due to his age and condition. But it will still be effective for a few more weeks with ambition.
1624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 11, 2020, 05:47:21 PM
Leicester suffered a bitter defeat at the King Power Stadium with a dramatic score of 1-2 Southampton.
Although the Leicester player's header had entered the goal of Southampton but was not authorized by VAR because offsite was really unlucky for Leicester.

There's no need to make this big. Leicester will win again. It's just a bad accident, they can win again next week.

1626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum after hard fork Istanbul on: January 11, 2020, 05:41:45 PM
In 2020, the ETH hard fork was successful. The capacity of the protocol after the hard fork has reached 9,000 transactions per second.

This is a 4 times increase in capacity. preparing the project for the transition to POS is going very well. this year I expect that ETH will show a lot more good news.
For everyone who has just entered the market and is looking for information about which coin you can invest your money now, now I would like to attach your attention to ETH. For a long time, I did not buy this coin because I did not see any positive news, but now I am changing my mind.

Maybe other participants of the forum will try to dissuade me from buying this coin? Or now everyone going to buy ETH now?

I've been watching it very carefully for days. The increase in capacity after these forks also reflected positively on transaction fees. Ethereum transactions can be completed at $ 0.01-0.02 for days.
1627  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I have a good domain name, but looking for an idea or partner... on: January 11, 2020, 05:38:06 PM
Are you really looking for a project because you own a nice domain? I have a better idea. I think you should sell this domain in the marketplace section. Maybe the interested will come out.
1628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did the first miners mined bitcoin? on: January 11, 2020, 05:36:12 PM
I've got wonder about the method of first miner's(in 2009) mining.
I've heard that mining was conducted by only CPU at then.
Did they used just Bitcoin v0.1 only??
Since I don't know the Bitcoin v0.1 looks like. I don't know the console window was existed at then.
Is here anybody know about the first mining method??

The 1st block on Bitcoin blockchain is : https://btc.com/000000000019d6689c085ae165831e934ff763ae46a2a6c172b3f1b60a8ce26f
we call as "genesis" this one. It is estimated that this first block was created by satoshi. But I don't know what equipment he's using. Perhaps you can find information on this topic in the old forum.
1629  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Best Cryptocurrency Exchange 2020 on: January 11, 2020, 05:02:46 PM
Finally, I found a new platform that is Propersix Exchange. It is a exchange platform in cryptocurrency market place. It transaction speed is 6000 TPS(Transaction Per Second). It uses the latest Blockchain Technology. That's why it is a more secure platform. Nowadays I think it is trusted and reliable platform. So, anyone can invest in this platform smoothly. Find out more visit https://www.propersix.com

What a great wisdom. he has just "3" post in this forum and he knows best exchange which we all don't know anything about it. It's getting disturbing that guerilla marketing thing.
I do not want to be misunderstood. Guerilla marketing is a good marketing method. But it shouldn't be that cheap. There is no effort, no order. It's just a few meaningless sentences this wise person has written for his marketing work.
1630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: KEY (Slelfkey) good to invest ? on: January 10, 2020, 02:46:01 PM
My suggestion is that you should not buy BTC-based cryptos that are of low satoshi value, such as KEY.
You should look at ETH/USDT pairs for example. I am sure you can find more profitable way.

What's different when OP is replacing it with https://www.binance.com/en/trade/KEY_USDT
The price of USD for such coin depends on the price that already generated by bitcoin pair market and it doesn't affect a lot. But to avoid the volatility and choose USD pair will much better.

BTC pair can be different value than others. Because, it is about rates.
For example;

Assume 1 BTC = $8000,00
10 satoshi= $0,0008
11 satoshi= $0,00088

So if you want to buy a coin worth 11/12 satoshi (1 Million)

You have to pay for it 11 satoshi * 1 million =0,11BTC
And if you want to sell it; you can only get 0,10BTC
(because 10 sats bid, 11 sats asks)
You will start with 80$ loss.

But you can buy this coin with USD pair, $0,00082, and you may sell it $0,00081
So you will start with 10$ maybe less than that.

That is, because the value of Bitcoin is high, the BTC pair and coins with low satoshi value can sometimes be risky. Sometimes it can also be advantageous. We need to evaluate this.

For example, I could always see these and similar differences when trading with BTC in NPXS. I have repeatedly purchased NPXS with ETH pair and sold it with BTC. So I made a significant profit. I think Binance has already removed the BTC pair for this reason.

1632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone trading Stellar coin? on: January 10, 2020, 11:42:13 AM
XLM is one of the deep-rooted crytocurrencies on the market. Their potential was too high from the beginning.
But they made a big mistake. They airdropped so many coins. There was no need for that! And I think they realized it but they did a big mistake more. They burnt so many coins from total supply.

These moves were not very professional. The fact that this number of coins burned from the total number did not affect the price showed how wrong this decision was. For whatever reason, project teams should not play with the dynamics of a coin that much. Especially for a big project like XLM... I think we can see clearly why BTC has so value when we look XLM's  moves.

1634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The deeper understanding of Blockchain and Wealth Creation on: January 10, 2020, 11:09:52 AM

Because the ICO/IEO dementia has come to an end ,with the loss of a lot of well earned money on the one hand, and the take off with the same money by so called Project Teams and CEOs, on the other hand, i believe the time has come to focus on Projects with real Wealth Creation.

I don't agree that ICO/IEO has come to an end. Currently, new projects have no impact on the market because the market is already in a general crisis. I'm sure when a good bull season comes, we'll see a lot more ICO or IEO! So, I guess you have no idea how many new projects are upcoming to this market. According to some ICO ratings platforms, there are over 1000 ICO/IEO's are coming.

Going randomly through the topics on Bitcointalk one must notice that there are a lot of intelligent and smart people posting and commenting. What you can't find are Project based discussions, following the main three characteristics a Blockchain based Project should have:
-Use Case
-Adoption
-Censor ship resistance

Because the ICO/IEO dementia has come to an end ,with the loss of a lot of well earned money on the one hand, and the take off with the same money by so called Project Teams and CEOs, on the other hand, i believe the time has come to focus on Projects with real Wealth Creation.
Real Wealth Creation ,with the help of Blockchain Technology, can be done only through decentralised autonomous organisations. This structure is in its core censor ship resistant. The problem arises only in the formation phase of such structure.First of all the Founders shouldn't take more than 1 % of the initial token release.Secondly the wallet where the  contributions are held must be a multisig.wallet. This way ,contributions can be spend only on Project development with the acceptance of the Participants through voting. The possibility of failure is drastically reduced because hundreds of minds working together for a common goal are much better than the mind of a single CEO.
An automatic benefit payout feature has to be included into the wallet and should be triggered once a month.
The initial investment should be protected and remain as much as possible intact.
Diversification of investments is assured.
Projects like these are in general called DeFi projects and it is likely that they will be the next evolution for the Blockchain Industry.
They will bring opportunity to those holding abandoned coins which still have a little value to make good on their loses in time.

What do you think?

Yepss there are some new developments on market. I am reading and searching about DeFi constantly. Use case and IOT also another good developments for me. With AI, iot and blockchain we can see new and great platforms, products soon.
1635  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Polehin cryptocyrrency wallet on: January 10, 2020, 11:04:00 AM

EDIT: I just noticed CLOUDFLARE SSL... Really??? A MITM for a potentially custodial wallet service... If your funds get stolen you won't even be able to prove it was the wallet service, it might aswell be a cloudflare employee... A red flag in my book...

Thx for advise. Online wallets are already too risky. And when such suspicious situations arise, the risk exponentially increases. I think it's time to buy a real hardware wallet.
1636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: War affects the Entire Cryptocurrency? on: January 10, 2020, 10:53:45 AM
As I saw last days bitcoin pumps after Iran declared the war against the United States, On my observation its because some people on the middle east sold they commodities, some stocks and bought cryptocurrency to keep carefully their assets. Do you think guys war was favor on the entire crypto investors? You can share your thought now.

I don't think we have an argument for that. We have not experienced so much tension between Iran and the US so far. (Thank god).

The value of the USD and oil prices can be deeply affected by such problems. However, the same is hard to say for the BTC. There are not many examples about BTC. But even if it has an impact, let Bitcoin price fall instead of war.
1637  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen if quantum computer owners start to move the early mined coins? on: January 10, 2020, 10:50:56 AM
But you shouldn't fear from quantum computer. It is still hard to hack any crypto wallets. And also quantum computers can mine cryptocurrencies faster than ever.
The time interval does not change Tongue and the price is not affordable to built a Quantum Computer to mine BTCitcoin and even if someone creates i doubt it will be able to overpower all the hashing power around the world and hence it is an impossible task. If someone is creating specifically to mine BTCitcoin then he must be really crazy and have a few millions at his disposal.

Of course, we're talking about a possibility here. But a person's probability of owning a quantum PC for mining is always more likely than trying to hack a Bitcoin wallet. If I had a quantum PC, I'm sure I'd use it for much better things.
1638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have a $2000 and had to invest in crypto which coins would you buy ? why? on: January 10, 2020, 10:47:50 AM
Get in line, man. Different topics are opened every day in the forum and you are asked which cryptocurrencies' you should buy.

Why don't you still try to come up with your own idea? Why don't you do a research and see if we can get an X coin, and the price may increase? Please read, listen and investigate. I am sure that you'll enjoy with this. If you try something to find and if you can find it, you will be satisfied and happy as much as possible. Beucase you will be do it yourself.
1639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99% of Ethereum, Litecoin, EOS Volume is Likely Fake: Report on: January 09, 2020, 08:29:11 PM
It is impossible to prove that volumes are fake with a report in this way. In order to prove this, it is necessary to access the internal data of exchanges.

I'm not sure how reliable it is. However, you can access both adjusted and reported volume data from Coinmarketcap.

For example, you can look for ETH here

Adjusted: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/markets/
Reported: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/markets/reported/

I can't believe that;
Reported;
TAGZ
ETH/BTC

1640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you go to blockchain/crypto events? on: January 09, 2020, 08:20:10 PM
Does anyone go to events? And if you do, what do you like most about them?

First you don't need post seperate when you say anything about same subject. Please just ask in old one.

And yes if I can, I always try to join events. So I can learn some information, engage with projects closely. It would be great if you can. But it can be harsh sometimes because it is not easy to travel internationally.
