It's one thing to destroy the entire infrastructure and nuclear weapons by bombing from afar, but another thing invasion. Why did America invade North Korea? I think that at the first opportunity the Koreans will want to unite with South Korea. But whether they want South Korea to unite the impoverished and destroyed North Korea is another question.
2  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Renewable Energy on: May 06, 2017, 05:56:01 PM
Government should give tax breaks for companies who use renewable energy. That might encourage them to actually use renewables as well as stimulate the renewables sector since there would be increased demand.

There has been several proposed projects in the past but I would like that at least someone focus on extracting energy from waste. Methane is a potent greenhouse gas and the less we pump out, the better. I don't know much about chemistry but I read that when burning methane, the byproducts would be just water and carbon dioxide. Sure, CO2 is still a greenhouse gas and it's one that we're producing the most but it's still less potent than methane.

I remember Kaoshiung in Taiwan has converted an old dump site into a power plant (more reasons to segregate trash). Here in my 3rd world country, there are hog farms that collect the waste into a covered tank to produce methane, which they burn for electricity as well as for cooking.
In fact, a lot of methane. At the bottom of rivers, marshes, seas. It's silly not to use it. Can be to combat the greenhouse effect we need to protect our forests? Incentives for the production of electricity from solar panels will not help because traditional power is cheaper.
3  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hillary figured out how to Trump revenge for the defeat. on: May 06, 2017, 05:48:44 PM
Be honest, Trump IS NOT a legally elected president, but an appointed one.
Hillary got 3 million votes more than Trump!
What you are right of course, but the fact is that if the electoral system will work as you say, a few cities will make the decision for all of America. It's not quite right. As a financial center like new York can solve the problems of farmers of Texas? Therefore, the vote of a simple majority does not reflect the mood in society.
4  Other / Politics & Society / Re: France bans show skinny models on: May 06, 2017, 05:42:53 PM
I'm afraid that they will start to use in their fashion shows show the fatties. Instead of fighting with the extra weight on the contrary, they raise the issue of anorexia. I don't like too skinny of models, but it seems to me that in the world the problem of excess weight much more relevant than anorexia.
5  Other / Politics & Society / The founder of Wikipedia asks for donations in bitcoin to start a new project on: May 06, 2017, 05:37:58 PM
"I remember your incredible generosity to Wikipedia, when we think about how to accept donations in bitcoin. My new project Wikitribune will use a monthly subscription model that opens access to information, but I also want to appeal directly for support to the bitcoin community," wrote Jimmy Wales.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 06, 2017, 03:09:25 PM
I think that paper money has no future. The development of technology will lead to the fact that each person will only use e-wallets. The only problem is that it will be harder to hide taxes. This is probably the main reason why paper money still exist.
7  Economy / Economics / Japan and the United States equaled the volume of bitcoin trades on: May 06, 2017, 03:02:16 PM
Statistics shows that the trading volume in dollars and yen higher than ever, but some believe that these figures should be taken in excess. For example, when China dominated the bitcoin market, this is due to the fact that the trading platform is allowed to trade without fees, which dramatically increased the volume of sales in RMB. Because Chinese exchanges added to the Commission, the trade volume of BTC / CNY in China fell. One of the advantages of a Japanese bitcoin trading is the fact that Japanese stocks do not charge commissions for transactions. It's a little alarming skeptics, since statistics JPY / BTC can be inflated for this reason.
8  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War 3 on: May 05, 2017, 05:47:07 PM
Yeah but not so sure about that...
USA has DOZENS of military bases in Europe.
I don't see Russia ignoring that... War between the two would be accross Europe not accros the ocean :/

Don't forget that the Russians are having nuclear-tipped ICMBs such as the SS-18 Satan, which are capable of targeting the mainland US. But the American military bases in Europe and Japan are easier targets for the Russians.
You are mistaken in my opinion "Satan" it was the only Russian missiles which feared the Americans. Their range is 16000 km, enough to reach America. I do think that Putin was lured to the Crimea to quarrel with the Ukrainian KB"southern" (manufacturer of rocket engines). Soon the Russian will not have missiles capable of reaching America.
9  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Died the oldest inhabitant of the Earth. on: May 05, 2017, 05:33:53 PM
Yeah, maybe the only possible way to live that long is to live on a secluded island with pure air, water and organic food, without wars, stress and worries of the modern world. But in that case why live 100+ years if life goes past you?

LOL.. Can you even imagine? A life without cable TV, internet, FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, Skype, WhatsApp.etc. Can you even survive for one week on such a location? Anyway, what is the point in living up to 100 years, if you can't enjoy your life?

I guess he meant to enjoy the simplicity of life. I'd only probably sign up for such a life if I have my family with me.

If you have little kids with you, do you really expect them to tolerate a life without electricity, air conditioners, refrigerator, and TV? And most importantly, the kids will feel isolated without the presence of other children in their locality.

If children are very small, they easily adapt to conditions without modern technology and in adulthood may not want to live among people.
Indeed there are many cases when little children were discovered in the jungle. They have adapted to life in the wild and will never be able to adapt to life in society. They even say you can't teach. Is this life?
10  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Venezuela political status on: May 05, 2017, 05:06:15 PM
Their country is in a state of chaos that they can not come back from.

The politicans either will get thrown in the streets and dealt with by the mobs gathered or they will declare martial law and the police forces will start to kill their own citizens on site.

It is in a very big state of emergency there right now.
And would be very scared if I lived there while this is happening cause you have no where to hide in Venezuela from a well armed dominant police brigade.
When you begin to hide you are destined to lose. For their beliefs must be fought. I think Venezuela is on the verge of civil war. This is payback for the wrong choices of power.
11  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: May 05, 2017, 04:57:55 PM
When the Muslims is a small quantity among another religion, one can live peacefully, but when there are more Muslims, then disagreements that lead to violence begin.

I can give you hundreds of examples. One famous example is that of Kosovo. It was historically a Serbian province. And for the Orthodox Christians around the world, Kosovo is extremely important. Remember the Battle of Kosovo, of 1389?

Things were normal until the Muslims became a majority. Once they became the majority, they started their ethnic cleansing campaign against the Christians. Now there are hardly any Christians left in Kosovo.
I was in Kosovo before the war in Yugoslavia. Do the Muslims attacked the Serbs as well as Serbs attacked them. It is very difficult to find the culprit in civil conflicts, but I've always been on the side of the Serbs.
12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What going on in turkey right now? on: May 04, 2017, 01:25:33 PM
I think that Erdogan can of course try to change the political system in Turkey, but do not forget that in this country of frequent revolutions. Let's hope that Erdogan will pay the price for his dictatorial tendencies.

No, and never. Erdogan can't be overthrown when he enjoys close to 60% approval. I am surprised that you posted this, after what we had in 2016 (the failed coup attempt by the Gulen supporters). That incident proved that he can't be overthrown.
It seems to me that it was not a coup, and performance. Erdogan himself has orchestrated this coup to be able to increase its influence and to deal with the opposition. Such a coup is impossible so quickly and without fighting to suppress.
13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: May 04, 2017, 01:20:14 PM
Russia wants to seize Ukraine. Will not work. Even if the West refuses to help Ukraine, the Russian army simply did not have the strength for it. The entire might of the Russian army, the whole world saw in Syria. The carrier with the engine on the wood and falling aircraft.

Russian army is the second strongest army in the world, while their Ukrainian counterparts would struggle to get included in the top 100 list. If the Russians want, they can invade the whole of Ukraine in a day or two. Be happy that Putin is not in a mood for such an adventure.
You say that because I don't know the real situation in the Russian army. You just repeat the thesis that inspired you Putin TV. Poorly trained army armed with the old weapons does not scare anybody. Nothing you can't do against Ukraine.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The FBI called the largest threat to the Earth on: May 04, 2017, 01:12:18 PM
The head of the FBI James Komi said that Russia is the biggest threat on Earth. He said this at the Senate hearings on the influence of Russia on the elections of 2016 in the United States. He noted that Russia - "this is the biggest threat of all on Earth, on the basis of its intentions and capabilities

Russia only defends itself, because it really has the opportunity to do it well. And any war allegedly from the Russian side is financed by secret world rulers.
Maybe for now, but it has a history of fighting abroad. I'm thinking about supplying Vietnam against the USA and invading Afghanistan.
If you're calling this country defensive, how would you call countries that haven't attacked anyone in the last 100 years, and there are many?
And name me one country bordering Russia which is not subjected to pressure and military aggression from Russia. Don't suffer only the Baltic States and Poland because they are members of NATO.
15  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Venezuela political status on: May 04, 2017, 01:06:35 PM
Venezuela is a typical Latin American country with a history rich in political unrest, systemic poverty, and strong-arm authoritarians in positions of power.

I don't see much changing positively out of some revolution. Maduro banned a presidential candidate recently, he may be planning on rigging the 2018 (19?) election.

If Maduro were assassinated or dropped dead the situation would likely only worsen as there would be a power vacuum and surely some attempt to gain power through violence while claiming to be liberating Venezuela from a failed democracy.

Pretty much the only reason Venezuela was ever relevant was because their oil. You can't eat oil.
I think you're wrong. Saudi Arabia is also living through the sale of oil but there all the people are rich. The regime in Saudi Arabia is also an autocratic. Probably another reason. In Venezuela the power thieves. That's the whole reason.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to? on: May 04, 2017, 12:30:38 PM
no way>>>>>>

it was in the past God commanded you, now God will never ask you to kill your kids

God could not even ask to kill a child, because he is a creator and he is interested in saving lives, not annihilation. It's only the mentally ill can claim that God commands them to kill someone.
So you think that God is the Creator. In fact, the creators of your parents. Besides do not forget that with you in the name of God said to the priests. I admit that they can call for the murder to their advantage.
17  Other / Politics & Society / The US and Russia opened a new front on: May 04, 2017, 12:21:26 PM
While world attention is focused on the war in Syria is heating up the new/old point of confrontation between the US and Russia – Afghanistan. Moscow and Washington and then exchanged a barrage of serious accusations. The white house believes that Russia supports the Taliban, the Kremlin rebukes the administration of Donald trump's "inconsistent display of power, like the explosion of a heavy duty bomb." Against this background, the political and military situation in Afghanistan escalates, and the country plunged into chaos, partly comparable with the Syrian catastrophe.
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheapest country in Europe to buy and own a car... on: May 03, 2017, 04:26:32 PM
What about France??? Has anyone here check their cars? I believe they're have pretty good pricing for cars! Grin
The French love cars its production. I wouldn't buy a French car even for 1 Euro. I don't like them. My opinion is that the French have only good diesel engines Renault. Why do I need the engine? I need a car completely. I love German cars. The cheapest they are in Poland.
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expectation Bitcoin Price in 2022 on: May 03, 2017, 04:21:08 PM
And I want to be in 2022 bitcoin has been recognized around the world. I don't care how much it will cost. The main thing that people worldwide were able to earn bitcoin on the Internet and not to support thieving and corrupt regimes in their countries. Hopefully then there will be that one and the same work in one country earn $ 100 and the other $ 5.
20  Other / Politics & Society / Re: French Election on: May 03, 2017, 04:11:36 PM
Now according to sociologists the Macron and Le pen shares an abyss. 20% of the votes is an insurmountable barrier to Le pen. Today will be the final debate. I think she will lose them and become the President of Markon. Although even if she wins the President will still Makron.
