There are physical coins being held by some people. There are private keys engraved on it but it’s not an official currency nor the coin has its value. It just like a piece of paper where you put your private key with a small amount of satoshis in it. Can be used as souvenir though.

In our place, we have this Coins.PH app where we can use fiat, btc, eth and a couple of cryptocurrency to pay almost anything like utility bills, prepaid loads, and etc.

I oftenly use that app to buy prepaid load and pay utility bills because it was efficient. I used BTC for payments on 2017 but after the bull run, I stopped using BTC for payments.

You are using a gov't property road and it's not yours that's why you need to pay for a license for you to be able to use the road.

The payment will serve as funds for the maintenance and order of the road you are "borrowing". Something like that.
