We don't need to. All withdrawals are processed manually  Plus the system wouldn't allow it to complete if there is not enough balance. Also in some cases it is useful. Also you should complete your Rollover that came with the bonus before requesting payouts. Where do I find the rollover? Is there an statement in my account that says I need to put in X amount before I can withdraw? That updates every time I play a given game? So I can know how much more I need to play before I can withdraw? If there isn't, I am playing blindly without ever knowing when I can withdraw. So all I can do is play for hours, attempt withdraw, play more, attempt again? Unless I am missing something, or its somewhere in my account. You can check your totals in your play history. A x15 rollover on 20 bonus means you need to have 300 total in bets. It's quite simple actually. So I have to manually add them all up? Its your job to add convenience to the customer, not mine to do all the hard work. Other casinos include all of this, where it says $XXX play through remaining. Adding this is very trivial and only a few mins. Ultimately, convenience, great design work is what drives a business to being more successful. Noted. Will have it in mind for our next upgrade. |

A couple of small bugs, if you try to bet 0.3 credits on 8 Wheel roulette it comes up at 0.300000 other 0.x bets comes up as 0.1 0.2 and so on. If you try to bet 0.8-1.1 credits it comes up as 0.7999999 to 1.099999 instead, there's also some rounding error when you try to bet 0.25+ a couple of 0.1 credits.
On 3 Wheel Roulette there seems to be a minimum bet of 1.0 credit on red/even/18-36 and such things, but it's not possible to bet 3 times 0.35 credits for example, also one can place a bet of 3 times 0.5 credits on those but then if you try to spin you get "Invalid Table Limits" message.
I will forward the small bugs to the tech support. Regarding the minimum bet on 3wheel, yes. It's not just on 3wheel actually, it is on all roulettes. The outside bets have a higher minimum than the inside bets. Also inside bets have lower maximum bet value than outside bets. It's a standard thing for land-based casinos if you've played.
