I'm 18 years old, and I make around 6-7 thousand a month from YouTube ad revenue. I just learned about bitcoin mining a few hours ago, and am very intrigued by the idea. I really want to get started, and am willing to invest $4,000 in a rig. I'm a complete noob, but was wondering a few things, if you were in my position, what would you do. 1. What card/miner/right would you buy 2. What pool would you join 3. Would you do anything different? I'm a college student, so I can use the electricity in my dorm to power my equipment, so electricity is not a factor. Thank you in advance! Preorder KNCMiner. With such BTC price rise these will pay itself next year especially when you have free electricity

Frankly I don't think t will ever be the most popular game. But it is not going away in military circles. I used to be a beta trainer for the U.S. Army, we used a sim based on the unreal engine. But the Arma engine is now the gold standard, used by armies around the world for training troops. I work with a version called VBS2. It costs about $2000 a copy, so not for everyone. But the best of the best for serious games. http://products.bisimulations.com/Thats a lot for a game How many players play it online

No governments ever want to give up their printing power. The question is: How will Bitcoin gain acceptance from governments and mainstream companies?
Amazing how few people actually read what I posted. There are SIXTY countries who do not have "printing power" to give up! But their banks still use fraction reserve banking, right ? So whats the difference if these countries have own currency or not

I bought two btc's in March at a loss, £130 ish, and more or less accepted the loss and put it down to experience. I decided that when they next go right down, i.e. below £30, that I would buy another couple and of course, at that price, I would be prepared to lose the money. Instead, to my dissappointment, i am finding that they have been creeping steadily up from £80-ish to over £120 now.
It shows how panic selling is bad and just making the traders rich

Its really not a bad deal. Look at it this way. Currently you purchase Ghash ~.135-.140 which in turn generates ~.00005000-~.00005500 at the current difficulty per block currently averaging 3 blocks per hour so roughly .00015000 per hour. Now with that your looking at .0036 BTC a day. which in turn at this difficulty turns to .108 BTC a month. Now take your .108btc and sell your Ghash after 30 days, if you get more than .03-.04 for it... Which you will. You have made not only ROI but a small profit.
So if you by 10Ghash or hell make it 13 for safe measure, you should make ~1BTC at a current cost of 1.35-1.6 BTC. In which after you make your 1BTC, you sell back the Ghash at ~ 1BTC
So see its all about money now. vs money later
LOL. Are you sure you understand the difficulty will continue to increase for few months for sure? It shows no signs of slowing don, still at a rate about +30% every 10 days
