I think it will be difficult in practice. Because it is necessary to subjectively rate each post and its importance.
It is better to leave a fixed value stakes at 0.5 (0.2 is very small, 0.5 - easier to count). To prevent flooding, it is necessary to impose restrictions, for example: "Posts must be constructive and posts shorter than 80 Character will not be counted".

Or even abandon this idea.....you are already very popular and every day more and more. IMHO
