Maybe you are mistaken that the price is less than 0.0003 ETH and it should be more cheaper after the distribution for the bounties. The ICO price has no credibility caus it depends in the project developpment progress and the exchange markets.
We may continue supporting this project to achieve the best real value of Bitquence. i bought some of it yesterday and wait for progress that i still believe of these project. At least, we are all convainced that this is not a spam.

How do you know about this distribution news, as I can see Jamal has not given certainty about his distribution? I am not sure that they will be distributed on the 1st or 2nd of August, as I see Jamal until now has not provided clear information about this distribution.
