I would definitely recommend BitcoinExchange to overseas bitcoin miners (am in NZ) that can only cashout using paypal, because I'll be trading with him more often in the future.

Why would overseas bitcoin miners only be able to cashout to paypal?

Are there any countries that WU isn't available in?

They can cashout to WU no problem, but for smaller amounts it may be more economical to use PayPal in some cases, depending on the fees WU charges.

PayPal and Microsoft have endless staff.

MtGox is run by a very tiny staff. We should all be amazed at what it has been able to do with the resources they have.

I also e-mailed them about a withdrawal, and yes, its taking some time to respond, but I figure they have a lot of their plate right now and will get to me when they can.

Hey,
I would like to buy 10 BTC, is it possible that you take Paysafe or UKash as payment? Or do I have to convert them to WMZ first? Those additional transaction-costs would be pain in the ass.

Please convert those into WMZ, I am able to accept WMZ. Smiley

Hi, I really enjoyed gambling with Bitcoins, but all of the games I found were only passive. So I've made BtcJack where you can play BlackJack with Bitcoins. No the outcome of the game is finally in your hands (well, at least a bit Smiley

It works like this: you create an account (just choose username and password, there is no confirmation email stuff needed), send some Bitcoins to your account, and play! There are no fees on my side for playing, depositing or withdrawing, but: I'll try to be a good citizen in the Bitcoin world, so BtcJack adds an 0.01BTC fee to every withdraw (which doesn't go to me but to the miner who solves the block!).

Play BlackJack with Bitcoins!

Have fun, and please leave your feedback here! Thanks Smiley

Finally!!!! BlackJack!!!! YayyyyyyyyyyyYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Regarding purchasing BTC with MoneyPak/PayPal, It would be much more efficient to provide me the MoneyPak code directly, since MoneyPak cannot be charged back, but once it goes into PayPal, it can.

For the question about using a GreenDot prepaid debit to hook into your PayPal account, it should work. I haven't heard any complaints so far.
