21  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BitcoinExchange.cc - BTC/SLC - Western Union, MoneyGram, MoneyPak, ACH/Wire, on: September 30, 2011, 09:35:34 PM
Why haven't I had any issues with WU?
I know there can be some problems but I have had a good 50-100 WU Transactions and haven't had any problems, and certainly never had a delay of 3 days.
I'm just saying that this particular company has a record of bad response time, and more than a few people have complained privately to me about their service.
It is what it is.

50-100 transactions won't cause problems... the problems come with you send 50-100 per week with the same runner. Things start to get reversed.

When our response time becomes slow its because we are getting flooded with orders and are filling them, and with large amounts of orders a percentage of them will experience difficulty.

We have come through on 100% of our transactions, either via payment or refunds.

We had difficulties with one of our hired runners. I e-mailed you a summary of the situation. Your card is being repurchased and will be delivered to you shortly.

Hello Bleedkira,

As stated in earlier e-mails your WU got bounced back. We are going to get it dispatched to you asap. If you accept MoneyGram, we can also get that done for you much quicker.
24  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BitcoinExchange.cc - BTC/SLC - Western Union, MoneyGram, MoneyPak, ACH/Wire, on: September 03, 2011, 10:30:36 PM
We are now offering exchanges with SolidCoin as well as Bitcoin!  Cheesy
25  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BitcoinExchange.cc - Western Union, MoneyGram, MoneyPak, ACH/Wire, Dwolla on: August 26, 2011, 09:56:16 PM
Due to the heavy backlog of MoneyPak orders, we have to temporarily suspend taking incoming MoneyPak payment.

We have received so many orders for them, we took on a third party processor to assist.

As of today, even our third party processor has become overloaded and is temporarily unable to process any more MoneyPak codes. We are still able to process MoneyPak payouts.

As of now, if you are in the US, we suggest payment via cash deposit at bank branch, or using Western Union or MoneyGram. Send a PM or email for details - bitcoinexchange@aim.com

If you have sent a MoneyPak code within the last few days, please be patient as we are processing the orders as quickly as possible.

If you are awaiting a MoneyPak to BTC transaction, your coins will be arriving shortly as we are in the process of ringing up your codes.
27  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BitcoinExchange.cc - Western Union, MoneyGram, MoneyPak, ACH/Wire, Dwolla on: August 18, 2011, 09:22:45 PM
Hello everyone,

Sorry for not being available for the last week, I was travelling and we got a surge of orders that caused a backlog. We have caught up, and have a few pending orders that are awaiting payouts, they will be resolved within the next day or two.

If you are expecting a payout from me in cash, send me an e-mail or PM with your transaction details so I can expedite your order.

Here are the updates:

When myBitcoin got hacked and shut down, we were left without a merchant processing solution, so our automated form sends us emails for manual processing.

Due to the sheer volume of orders, we have not yet been able to get to them all. If you did not receive a reply to your order, you will very shortly!

We are still seeking an efficient automated checkout solution. We set our MyBitcoin wallet to forward coins upon arrival, so when they went down our losses were minimal, however there was still quite a number of pending orders that we are in the process of retrieving. MyBitcoin.com announced they went into receivership and are paying back 49% of accout balances. Do not worry if you were one of those orders, we will still process you at the agreed upon rates.

The snag cost us about a week or two in processing time, and as a result there are a few people still awaiting payment. You will receive your payments and hear from us shortly, if you haven't heard from us, send us an e-mail.

Also when the market crashed due to the .pl exchange hack, we opted to not process any payments for a couple days to ride out the storm, which seems to have passed.

Regarding e-mail reply delays:

As stated earlier, we got a large influx of orders that created a backlog. As of today, we have cleared that backlog and replied to all e-mails.

I will be available pretty much 24/7 via AIM, Skype, and ICQ. If you do not see me on a chat protocol, hit me up via e-mail and I will be able to reply quickly.

BitcoinExchange.cc is growing by leaps and bounds, and we will continue to provide the best service possible with quick turnaround times. If you placed an order and have not heard from us, once again feel free to drop us an e-mail or PM with your transaction details. We are totally operational, and processing all our exchanges by hand as we get to them. This ensures the safest transaction for both the customer and the exchanger.

Thanks again everyone, looking forward to more growth!

In reply to Wackittohard: I told you it was sent on the 8/2, glad you found it!  Cheesy

Haha wow those guys truly are good at what they do.  Cheesy

That is interesting about the arrests, the man seems to be leaning on them real hard because they caused some public embarrassment. Business as usual.

Yes, that's the case.  Grin

Thanks again to everyone who worked with us and was patient last month while we sorted stuff out.

Everything is 100% operational and back on track. We are able to process all transactions within our advertised times, we have our issues with Western Union resolved, and everything is smooth sailing from here on out.

Placed an order 3 days ago for around 1000.00 USD and I am still waiting for my payment. I have used other exchangers on this forum and received my money in hours some cases minutes. I am posting here to inform that this exchanger might have limited funds and can not handle orders larger than 500.00

Please send me my money sir and I promise I will never do business with you ever again.

Sincerely,

Maria.

As stated in earlier e-mails between us, my runner was not available to deliver your funds to the western union yesterday, and that your payment was in transit. Your payment was delivered within the 72 hour window. We can handle all transactions up to $10,000 at a time within our advertised timeframe. A Western Union will take longer to send then a wire transfer, as Western Union likes to reverse transactions and we have to work with that, wheras wire transfers are near instant. In spite of using Western Union, your payment was still delivered within the 72 hour window we advertised to you. We value your business, and if you need faster processing times I suggest using our direct deposit option, or use MoneyGram.

Regards,

BitcoinExchange
