182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano Smart Contracts coming soon? on: August 13, 2021, 10:37:22 AM
Any such upgrade for Cardano will sure take it to the new heights. People usually don't follow the technical details, they just tend to invest in once a new upgrade is announced for a coin.

184  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the merit standard? on: August 12, 2021, 07:27:18 PM
The merit system today is on life support. The Office of Personnel Management has struggled for years to work effectively and credibly.

Agreed.. This forum was doing fine but then the management tried to take the matters into their own hands and tried to reduce the number of senior members as to get a bigger share of bounties. With less people becoming senior members, the already senior and other members had higher opportunity levels and this merit system was introduced.
185  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you cope with the stress of trading? on: August 12, 2021, 07:23:14 PM
Divert your attention. Spend some money in real life and go out for a picnic, party or anything that interests you but stay away from trading for few days. Movies or even games can help you reduce the stress..
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any miner who have not sold any bitcoin from the beginning? on: August 12, 2021, 07:20:04 PM
Mining is a thing of the past now. Most of the miners are into trading. I don't think any alive wallet would resist from spending any money. Only case would be if someone is dead or the keys are lost, means the wallet is dead. Other then that i can't believe that someone is out there who just wants to accumulate but not spend.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know the difference between Bitcoin and bitcoin? on: August 12, 2021, 07:15:41 PM
As I was completing a survey about an hour ago, there was some mention about the distinction between Bitcoin spelt with capital B, and bitcoin with a lowercase b. Although I have heard about this before, and I usually pay a lot of attention to spelling and punctuation, I have to admit that I have totally forgotten about this.

When we talk about Bitcoin as a blockchain, payment method, or a service, we are supposed to spell the word with an uppercase B.

Here is an example:
My best friend doesn't see the advantages of Bitcoin.

When we talk about the currency or mention numbers and quantitates of the asset, the word should be spelt with a lowercase b.

Here is an example:
I sent my best friend 1 bitcoin as a birthday gift.

Do you pay attention to this while you are posting on the forum?

I never was aware of this. I thought it was one and the same thing. But now as i know the difference, i still might go with what i am used to and that is to use both as the same.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone know what the most successful whale wallet out there is? on: August 12, 2021, 07:02:20 PM
Why would someone share that information with you ? or the internet ? I mean if someone is a whale why attract public and create problems for him or her self. Having money is the second best thing, Having money while remaining anonymous is still the best
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin being decentralised an illusion? on: August 12, 2021, 06:59:18 PM
I somewhat agree to you. Bitcoin may not be decentralised as we know of it. But it still gives us idea about decentralization and there are lot of coins that might achieve full decentralization so atleast we are going in the right direction and bitcoin has shown as that direction

Be aware from scammers.

In past days I caught up in a scam. someone come to me through a bounty telegram group( where i recently asked a question ), He came to me and said to me he is here for my help. He guide me with a great solution as well as he asked me to join this air drop. when i tried to join, he asked me to connect my wallet here .When i was joining and connecting my wallet , there was an option enter your private key for connection. I unfortunately enter my private key. In this way my wallet hacked.

When I was done this, then i came to know he is a scammer. but it was too late for me, someone help me by transfer Eth so i can get my tokens out from hacked account to a new wallet , But it was not working for me as the scammer hacked through bot process , suddenly those ETH out by the scammer,

Note: Don't tell or connect your private key to anywhere . Because they are hacker those asked for private keys.

Hope so it will help !

Private keys are not to be shared. But if you still for any reason wants to believe in that person and want to share private keys, then , create a new account and share its keys and never share keys of your main accounts.

Please guide someone , as now a days there are a lot of scam in the world . Many crypto related man comes through telegrams groups, Instagram posts, Fb posts & groups, and they insist for investment in cryptocurrency. Just want to know investment through them is a good choice ? are these people scammers ? if yes then what is the right way ? where we can learn ? and jump into the crypto market.? Expert can guide please.
I'll be thankful.

Don't trust anyone. This is an industry where Trust is your biggest enemy. Do your own research. Take your time, spend alot of time here and there and googling, youtubing.. Then you won't have to ask for advices from people and you urself would be good enough to make better decisions for your investments.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: August 12, 2021, 01:08:49 PM
I think Dogecoin was a decoy. Musk used it to make people believe that Tesla is going to invest in Doge instead he and his company went for Bitcoin and fooled the community. There is nothing wrong in buying your favourite coin but he shudn't had tried to manipulated the price of Bitcoin.
193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is Bit Civilization? on: August 11, 2021, 09:58:20 AM
Or may be we can call it intergalactic financial system as we don't need to send anything physical but the information. And studying about quantum entanglement, it is clear that the information can travel faster then light so it can become a system among planets, solar systems or even galaxies. But first we have to find if really someone is out there to receive them
194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading bot vs. you -> who's better? on: August 11, 2021, 09:04:24 AM
Bots are good in a sense that they can stay online 24/7 while a person can't. But then they are going to what they are programmed to do and the crypto situation can change very quickly and very dramatically, so i personally would love me dealing with all the hectic work instead of some bot do it for me. I trust my own brain more than a digital brain.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my crypto gains this not fair! on: August 11, 2021, 07:05:56 AM

196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market in the currency market is about to start on: August 11, 2021, 07:02:47 AM
I was expecting a bear market as i thought that big bulls return usually after three years and that is why i kept my funds in usdt and missed a big wave of bull run. I have just entered in at 45k while i had the chance at 33k
197  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: Pakistan on: August 11, 2021, 06:56:20 AM

Umer bhai ,  waqar zika pr hum trust nhi kr skta,
Waqar Zaka is a big fraud. He manipulates the public pretending as if he is the guru. He knew nothing, but then was contacted by some miners as they wanted to use his fame. This is how he got into this industry. Now he is trying to sell his pathetic coin through pak govt,. He and his group has already mined that coin alot and if the govt, which is not much aware about crypto, falls for this trap, then he'll become billionaire using pak name for his pathetic coin. Btw that tenup coin is just a copy of another coin from github. Nothing special. As for his group, yes, he charges 10$ from every member every month. and the signals r copy from another group that i believe one of his team members would have joined. Btw all the signals are given after they themselves buy the coin low and then give the signal making the public buy it and as they have already bought it low, and the general public usually goes with the signal making it go up for them, making them big profits.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Covid-19 affect On Bitcoins on: August 10, 2021, 09:07:55 PM
Covid19 has affected bitcoin bigtime. It made more publicity for bitcoin then ever before. A lot of people who were just ignoring it had to embrace it as they were left with not much options. But once people, though forcefully, got to it are becoming much more comfortable with it. so despite all the bad effects on the rest of the world, covid has some good impression on bitcoin and other crypto currencies..
199  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Offline Transaction vs hardware wallet, which is safest? on: August 10, 2021, 09:03:31 PM
Hardware wallet is the safest in my opinion, if you are not used to sharing your secrets. But if that happens, then there is nothing safe. So if you can remember the storage place of your hardware wallet, then it is the safest.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: About the popularity of Bitcoin on: August 10, 2021, 08:58:02 PM
It will find ways to incorporate into every aspect of Human life. Be it senior citizens or junior. It will find a way. Though it'll take time and in that all the juniors of today would become seniors so it itself will get implemented as most of the current younger generation will become addicted to the digital financial system.
