Практически уверен что данное изменение временное и сделано чтобы уменьшить кол-во спама и дабы стимулировать людей на создание постов со смыслом и пользой для других. То, что такой большой разрыв между новичками и старожилами. Особенно между мембером и фуллом выглядит крайне не справедливым распределением и, вероятно, будет изменено на другой усовершенствованный алгоритм. Сейчас сделали так как проще чтобы уменьшить флуд но и не закрывать регистрации как крупные биржи. В долгосрочной перспективе большинство аудитории только выиграет от уменьшения кол-ва флуда и спама.

Также интересно будет смотреть нашим внукам когда технологии аналогичные блокчейну будут внедрены повсеместно а их отсутствие в прошлом как что-то удивительное и невероятное. А уж про цены и говорить будет нечего, те проекты что выживут будут стоить совсем уж неприличных денег через 20-30 лет. 

It's not that simple to predict for newcomer. Because many even bad ICO have good marketing and most people will not aware of the "red flags" like very big(50%+) bonuses for early investors or hiding information about how much money were collected from them or don't have public source code on github. Or some of the team members were involved in shady projects with bad reputation in the past, etc.

In theory Neo can be as big as ethereum even because of the potential scalability and because of a lot of support from asian investors. But it is in theory. In reality right now any big Ico on neo makes big troubles for transactions inside Neo network. And also ethereum have enough projects that will help for scalability of the ethereum network like sharding/raiden/plasma/polkadot. And also a lot of support from the institutional investors for the ethereum.

Most people don't understand one simple thing about the NEM. It's highly secure blockchain. Coins that were being stolen will not be sold for a long time or may be not ever sold. NEM can mark particular transactions and those XEM that were stolen are "dirty". Hacker can't sell them. In my opinion this news is good for the long term investment in NEM.

I would also add for the newcomers that before buy some token that you excited about or read in some sort of article watch the official site of this coin. Is there info about this coin on the coinmarketcap.com? If not then watch in the telegram official group/channel pinned post and than decide. If you dont have skills to verify validation of the particular token on the etherdelta then just don't buy it.  

Be aware that most of the articles are being made by regular users, they not professionals and some of them have bad reputation already. Same for the youtubers. Watch how some youtubers promote odyssey protocol when it made 7x+ of the ICO price. Is it good for the newcomer? Obviously not!

People who don't analyse market regularly can't predict and understand what is average price increase of the token after some news about some low exchange or about partnerships with some companies. Especially when it doesnt have public information about capitalisation of the company. It's hard to analyse the influence of this news then.

Most of my trading decisions based on the news of the particular coin and the market movement overall. But only news is not perfect strategy in my opinion. If we talking about new coins from the icos then news can have big impact on the price change, but old school coins sometimes are not react even on big news. For example in the summer eth didnt react on really huge partnerships with big banks. I'm not specialist in the technical analysis but I watch the price levels based on the rprevious history if I bought some tokens for the mid-long term investment.

ìt highly depends on the market maker's decisions. But often enough you can predict the price increase when the ico have high demand and lower offer than demand. For example recent ico nucleus.vision. So few people joined during presale and more than 20k waited for the public sale and because of the ethereum price increase public sale was canceled. There will be airdriop but that's not enough for people who want to invest more. My prediction on this particular ico that it will be good price increase when it comes to big exchange like binance/huobi or even kucoin. That is not(!) advice to buy the token. It can start trading 3-5x from the ico price and from that point it will be not cheap for sure. There was simillar situation with AION public sale cancelation in the past.

Good advice. I would add also for patience. You have to wait 1-6 month before the distribution of the particular bounty. But when you recieve the token and see the overall price usually it has enough value to wait.

Day trading is not for newcomers for sure. If you want to have good and understandable trade just buy the dip for the projects you trust fundamentally. Most longterm holders win vs day traders. It's statistics.

Таких вангователей про хаи и лои знаете сколько? Вот те кто вышел в фиат на 10к и ждали 5к руководствовались похожей логикой. 10к круглая цифра и оч большой процент роста в целом, чего же не зафиксить. Но как мы видим пока что 5к нет, и будет ли не известно. А есть еще те кто вообще по 2к ждет.
