Indeed, Vini is an extraordinary player, but sometimes his emotions on the field are often difficult to control, so he often gets a yellow card because he always protests loudly against the referee's decisions. Even though he has also often been reminded by his colleagues to focus more on the match than doing things that are not important and can affect his performance on the field.

He still has rebellious blood and that's quite normal at his age because with explosive emotions I think it's normal. But as time goes by, of course it should be reduced and the problem is that he is also sometimes treated unfairly so it is quite natural if he sometimes has a big reaction.
Now that is a number that is actually appropriate for Vini, especially with the ability he has, it is clearly very possible to have this sacred number.

The rivalry has kind of ended a few years ago already. It was a bit of a slow process for us fans to understand that the big times between the two GOATs are over. I will definitely miss those times as it is still hard to imagine that we will get to see something like that again within our lifetime. We have been quite lucky to see Messi vs. Ronaldo in soccer and Federer, Nadal and Djokovic in tennis. I don't think that even Mbappe and Haaland can get close to that. If you take the number of individual titles or Ballon d'Ors, what is the chance that Haaland and Mbappe will 12 of them in the next 13 years? Cheesy
Time has passed and indeed the era of rivals for a goat is now over and of course we will look forward to other rivals because there will definitely be something like that.
Haaland can still do it and I'm pretty confident about that, as for Mbappe, it depends on the result I think. He is a very good player only when he is money-oriented thinking and still remains at PSG even though he has talent and is very good he still will not be able to enter the real realm.

Yeah, their desire for the trophies are going to be tougher with competition is increased and things are looking not easy many clubs are having big investments which are going to help them for having better results but here Tottenham is surely also needs change into their strategy and finances as well if they want to win trophy specially after end of Antonio Conte it's looking more hard for them to have any positive result in near future and if they lost Harry Kane which is looking possible than it's end of hopes.
if you look at the rumors that are spreading it seems that Tottenham will lose next season because several teams have offered a bigger salary for Kane and for me Tottenham don't need to think too much about holding Harry Kane but at least Tottenham have to think about increasing their finances to get some new players who can dominate stronger team.
If selling Harry Kane earns more to buy a few players for me that would be better than having to keep one player and not knowing if I can get a trophy in the summer.
Many media are currently discussing Kane's future, but until now no one has managed to guess what Kane was thinking.  I applaud the loyalty Kane has shown to Tottenham but that is not enough, however Kane is a great striker, he has to be in the right team, and hopefully next season, he will move on from Tottenham
But if Madrid is serious about the rumors that are happening now, I think that sooner or later the matter of this transfer will be completed in Madrid, but with the record they are serious about the rumors that are currently rolling around like hot balls.
It's just that in this case we still seem to have to wait patiently for the continuation of this drama considering that this will definitely be alot especially if it is possible that Kane leaves then a big price must be expected from Tottenham.

The Premier League has very tight competition from other teams, therefore teams are required to continue to develop much better.
currently the most competitive league is the Premier League even though man CIty has dominated in the last few seasons but that is inseparable from the strength and consistency of this team which is very good.
Next season, Manchester City will get more difficulty to protect their crown in Premier League because logically Arsenal would become stronger, same for Newcastle United. Manchester United, Chelsea can get improvement in the summer too.
Wouldn't this be more interesting.
Let's just say maybe Arsenal will continue the same trend as last season but of course not only that. Some other big clubs also clearly want to make a difference this season, including maybe with the money that Newcastle has, they also do not rule out the possibility of making a bigger impact than this season.
The pressure above will be very interesting in my opinion and indeed this is the EPL we expect to always be hot.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 11, 2023, 10:53:18 PM
Newcastle United have the budget to transfer any football player they want from the market. While there are so many young and talented football players, it didn't seem like realistic news to me that they were interested in Harry Maguire. Newcastle United have the possibility to sign Gvardiol, they can do that, why would they sign Harry Maguire? Manchester United signed a 7-year contract with Harry Maguire. Under normal circumstances, Harry Maguire will play for Manchester United for 3 more seasons and his annual salary is really high. I'm sure Manchester United will try everything to get rid of him.
This is realistic news because few weeks back I also read Newcastle United is interested into Harry Maguire, and they also have budget for this as well but right now situation is not clear how things will be work because Eric ten Haq is also not happy with him, but he is not moving this is surely wired right now for many with there is no doubt contract is very long, and they are desperate for offloading him due to his poor performance with lack of confidence is also big problem.

He is already 30 years old, and now his contract is remaining for the 3 more years mean this is prime time for him and if he moves to Newcastle United then surely this could be good for him otherwise he can face problems as well with his position in first eleven is also not clear right now.
Honestly this is surprising to me Cheesy
The condition is that we know that Maguire does sometimes have various conditions where he is always the subject of jokes rather than praising his game but Newcastle still want him as a defensive lineman.
Even if it is possible in this case they also look at other conditions where he is the captain of the English national team for example but in my opinion this is risky when trying to bring in Maguire with an expensive price and performance like this.

Nobody can be an alternative for Messi and fill his position at PSG also there is the same story for Neymar, even if they had a bad performance recently still Neymar was a legend in PSG for weeks before he gets injured.
Also heard there are some other people who want to leave PSG this season and it seems the owner of PSG needs to find players and this is so hard when we are talking about players like Messi.

When talking about individual abilities and skills I agree but for now put that aside for PSG.
They are just trying to find the best regardless of age so that the hope of becoming an instant club is possible but in fact that slowly has to be changed.
Now in my opinion instead of them trying to be galacticos in france it would be better to find players who fit their style especially looking for younger ones would be much better than continuing to nurture old players who already have a name but whose era is almost over.

Next season will be a new challenge for Xavi, he will be tested in the Champions League as the most prestigious competition on the European continent. The current squad has been proven capable of giving trophies to Barcelona, but Xavi needs to bring in a few more players so that his team can provide competition in the Champions League.
Can they still buy players? After spending incredible money last season. Not to mention that with the salary list of each player, they will need a lot of money. It looks like it could violate FFP rules. This season Barcelona proved a failure for the UCL, with the same player Xavi may need to improve the mentality of the players. Rumours Messi will return, it looks like it could help them in the UCL. But now that won't happen, it looks like Xavi has to look for non-star players with good games and low prices.

I really think Barcelona should be considered in the way they pay their players. They give away too much salary in my opinion. If you look at Real Madrid I think we will find the salary to be more deserving for the Real Madrid players. We all know how players like Sergio Busquets and Pique were getting huge amount of salary even when they were not performing well enough.

Lionel Messi is already on his way to MLS as far as I know. Barcelona will have to get over him. Lionel Messi has moved on and so should Barcelona. I am still not expecting too much from Barcelona in the Champions League competition, to be honest.
But on the other hand, in this case they also always make cuts and that is still not enough until now, even the arrears of some players may still not be over.
Now they will try to minimize that. The possibility that Busquets and Alba are also now leaving could reduce their wages a little.
Talking about Messi from the beginning has become nonsense for Barcelona because in fact with the conditions they actually want to bring Messi is also something funny in my opinion because it is clearly not possible especially for now.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 10, 2023, 08:53:50 PM
The problem for the moment is the transfer of Kane and Madrid is actually still only centered on rumors and there is still no further development on this matter.
Tottenham seems like they will continue to keep Kane's price high enough because for now they seem to be preparing to lose him and of course a big profit should be made from this transfer even though this is not a big problem for Madrid but it seems that there is still no further movement on this matter .
What further development do you need? I'm sure Real Madrid management is trying their best to negotiate with Tottenham now. They surely won't tell the progress because there are many other teams interested to sign Harry Kane, too. Real Madrid will announce the progress when they already get the agreement from both Tottenham management and Harry Kane.

Of course, Tottenham will try to sell Harry Kane at the highest price because they probably use the money to buy a new striker as the replacement. But I think Real Madrid won't have a serious problem as long as the price deserves for the striker. Real Madrid won't pay the price if it is too expensive and nonsense.

Therefore they have to try further than this because indeed they have to realize that when they want something then they have to try more things.
Discussion about Kane is still floating up to now even though there is a lot of speculation now but of course we also know that this is now still in uncertainty.
If Kane is the best for them then it's not wrong for them to do the same as when they paid for Jude.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 09, 2023, 08:00:43 PM
the right person to replace Benzema I think is Kane. how he plays up front will suit Madrid. but it all depends on how Madrid tries to get it. because it's a problem for Madrid to get Kane rumored to be expensive.
Madrid's current rival is Man United a strong competitor for Kane. but rather than spending money on Havertz, I think Kane with more money would still be good for Madrid.
I agree with you, buddy, that indeed the one suitable for Madrid to replace Benzema is Kane.
Even though the rumor is that the contract is quite expensive, it will be commensurate with the playing skills that Kane can provide to Madrid.
Yes, Madrid will compete with Man United for Kane because Man United themselves are eyeing several attacking players to strengthen the line of attack for their team.
But it looks like this will be a tough consideration for Kane because he has to choose one of the two teams and they have both become big and famous teams.

Agree, that Benzema and Kane certainly have a style of play and/or characteristics that are not much different. Benzema and Kane are players who always try to win the ball and are not just waiting for the ball, and of course that is a style of play from a striker who is not spoiled. Therefore, it is true that Kane would be the right choice for Real Madrid, and Kane should have accepted Real Madrid's offer. Because at this moment, it's time for Kane to win trophies, because at Real Madrid of course it will be easy for Kane to win titles and trophies.

There will be an impact felt when Messi leaves, but on the other hand, of course, things like this can still be minimized if they immediately move quickly to find other fresher players, but don't let the fans give high expectations because they are afraid the same thing will happen to Messi. can happen again to new players when it doesn't match their expectations.
Now Asensio is expected to be one of the strong candidates at PSG, hopefully he will not be damaged again in terms of fame by some irresponsible fans.
The impact might not be that big for PSG if the team can find a replacement that is no less good than Messi more quickly. However, during this break, almost all teams will try to find fresh and young players to replace the old players who have left the team. That's why all teams that have enough funds will move quickly to get the new players they want during a break like this, especially for teams like PSG who generally really need new players to have a better next season than the previous season.
As I said before this depends on how PSG find suitable players.
For a new player like Messi there won't be one I think because he is extraordinary but to find a player who matches PSG's vision it can still be done and of course this can still be found now with the finances and time that is still long enough I think they can do that though the pattern may still be the same because it only revolves around Mbappe when talking about PSG.

Well I agree with what you say, PSG has to know which players are the best to adapt to their style of play, it should be noted that they had the most dangerous trident in the world Messi-Mbappé-Neymar, nothing more and nothing less than two footballers from the most influential is an Argentine and a Brazilian considered the best in the world and a Frenchman who shows that French football, apart from being very elegant, has players that are getting better and better and of a high level, if they did not manage to win the UCL , What can the Sheikh expect if I have not yet seen players of their level, there are some who are young, but who do not stand out like them, I think that PSG made the mistake of their Lives by leaving Messi and leaving the Coach , I would never in my life Leave Messi.

The fit is important because in a club it is not just the players that are looked at but the coaches also need to be noticed.
Last season their players, as you said, were so luxurious but the coach's authority was very little in this matter which made even if they continued to force the results in the end the same nothing changed because the players are good but without good tactics it will remain ordinary.

Dortmund is used to letting their best players go once they profit from the deal, which is why I think they are still suffering to win the Bundesliga ahead of Bayern Munich. It is only Marco Ruise that is patient enough to stay at the club despite different offers from different teams.

Haven’t no one advise them to stop doing that or they’re just after money in the club only. I remember Lewandowski was one their players they sold to Bayern Munich that season, can they ever imagine how good Lewandowski will become, a very great striker and the best in Bundesliga during his stay in Bayern. I hope they change their perspective and learn to keep players that are still valuable to the team.
But it is indeed a business for them too because if they don't do that then their condition will not be too good in terms of their financial stability.
Of course, losing this player will also have an impact on the stability of the club, but forcing a player to stay whose contract is about to expire is risky for Dortmund.
Now what they need to do is no problem their star players leave but not to the rival club is the most important.

Messi has been confirmed to join Inter Miami next season, and I no longer expect him to change his mind as Barcelona may have failed to reach an agreement with Messi. Of course I'm a little sorry about the news because I still hope Messi will return to Barcelona next season, but it's undeniable that Barcelona must adjust its finances instead of focusing too much on getting Messi.

Messi and his agent have already decided where his future will go, but I believe he still really wants to return to Barcelona. Not sure if Inter Miami is the best team for him, but he understands American football well, I think.
Messi really have so much love and respect for Barcelona and he still wish to end his career there but he also understands that Barcelona is struggling financially and for him to join they will have adjust some payments and they will be forced to sell or release some players just to meet up to his pay which he is not comfortable with. He does not want to be the reason the club will cut short some players pay that’s why he decided it would be best to sign for Inter Miami. At his age he only has a few years to left to play and even though he had an offer from a Saudi club offering him to be the highest paid footballer in the world he still choose to join Inter Miami. It is never about the money for him else he would have joined Ronaldo in saudi.

Even though there is a lot of love and respect, it does not mean that he wants to return with the condition towards the end.
When he did join then what? the hope for him to grow up which makes that won't be good is actually quite disturbing especially with the actual financial condition it's not comfortable or not some players leave because of him but he also has to think of other benefits because it's true from the finances that won't be obtained in Barcelona so it's very good he now to Inter Miami with much better facilities and contracts.

I also hope that Arsenal can at least get a greater transfer of players to play stronger in the champions league next season.
Even though Arsenal's achievements were very bad last season, I am sure that in the premier league I support Arsenal to dominate the English league standings.
Arsenal had a good season, yes it ended in a disappointing way because they couldn't win the league, but it was nothing like a bad season, they finished second and took a huge step from where they finished the previous season. I am pretty sure they are going to be busy in the transfer market, they do not have money at their disposal like some of the other big teams in England and Europe, but they can afford to make very decent signings. Arteta would be looking at the areas he feels his team needs strengthening and he will want the club's hierarchy to go for the players he feels can fill the voids, they cannot dominate England for now, but they will be able to compete with City yet again.
Being in the big 4 position (2nd position) even if it failed to become a champion is also a real improvement and the way Arteta has brought Arsenal up to now is actually very good.
Even though until now there are still many who express because Arsenal failed but still I think they don't deserve to be called bad for the moment because even we saw their struggle from the beginning to the middle of the season even towards the end of the inconsistency started to attack them.

When it comes to Barcelona they must have got the bad news about Messi. According to Fabrizio Romano he is about to sign for Inter Miami.

The source of the news : https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1666481587834220546?s=20

This really shocked me because I thought that he would go to Saudi Arabia just as the others if he can't go on in Europe.

Regardless of anything, it's a definite decision because indeed Messi also knows what good priorities are with the condition he is no longer young now.
Being in the MLS or a league in the Middle East with far better financial returns would certainly be enticing. Now he is in MLS with Inter Miami's offer, which is sure to be abundant in terms of money and other benefits for a much better financial situation.
Barcelona doesn't need to be sad because even if it's not going to MLS, Messi's hopes for Camp Nou are just hopes that are difficult to achieve.

One of the things they should improve is starting from the transfer.
Bringing in old players like Sergio and Messi before is quite good but in terms of competition they are certainly hampered by age so in this case they have to try new things by looking for fresher players of course.
Fan expectations are very high for PSG but they always make conditions where they bring in something that is actually normal like an old coach or player.
Improvements need to be made here if indeed their expectations are greater than just Ligue 1.

With Messi leaving, PSG will lose power, we can all guess. He hasn't had a bad performance this year. The fact that he will leave the team has undoubtedly made it necessary to reinforce the team. On the other hand, if Mbappe leaves the team, it will be a very weak PSG offensively. They may have to spend serious money to fill this gap. I'm very curious about next year's PSG offensive line.

It's really unfortunate that Leicester City are getting relegated this season to championship division after 8 years of competing in the premier league, it is also disappointing having to lose key players due to this drop and I am a bit surprised to hear Maddison is leaving the club because a player of Maddison's calibre will be sought for by top teams which makes a departure very likely to happen.
After an outstanding eight year stint in the Premier League it is depressing to see Leicester City in danger of being demoted. The team continued participation in the top flight was evidence of their quality and tenacity. The club will surely suffer because of the loss of important players as a result of this decline. James Maddison departure from them is one of the most unexpected. It is hardly surprise that elite teams would be interested in hiring him given his extraordinary abilities and results. It will be difficult for Leicester City to find a suitable successor and they will undoubtedly feel his loss. However this setback can provide the club a chance to regroup rehabilitate and aspire for an immediate return to the Premier League.
With the condition of deterioration for them, although Maddison wants to, but he also cannot sacrifice his career in this regard.
Currently, his fans are big enough even for those who are in the Apple club and have a more worthy position so there is really no reason for him to stay in Leicester.
The same thing will probably happen to Tielemans in this regard.
Now Leicester have gone down and players like Tielemans and Maddison I think will definitely leave.

Jude Bellingham officially Real Madrid and again Dortmund is another young talent,
I feel like Dortmund is making wrong decisions over and over. They lost Haalnd last time while he could be a great player to help Dortmund and now again they lost Bellingham while he could be a key for them to earn more achievements in the next season.

But at least with the sale of Jude this is not wrong as they did with Haaland because indeed the price can be said to be quite large compared to Haaland going to Manchester City the previous season and it seems that they are improving his business performance in a better direction Cheesy
It is difficult to expect Dortmund to continue to protect their potential young players because that will make them stutter in financial conditions and with this sale they can still find new seeds for them to project in the future.

Yes, the transitional period for Chelsea was very difficult, since the transfer of ownership to Todd Boehly, a few problems have always overshadowed the Blues. Boehly has made a big investment in his first term and of course he has learned a lot from what happened to his team this season. Now I think Pochettino's appointment as manager is appropriate, at least Chelsea will again transform into a team that will be respected again in the Premier League. I also hope that Boehly will give Pochettino more flexibility in terms of managing the team without any intervention. Currently the Blues squad is dominated by new players who are still very energetic, it is likely that Pochettino will return to add new players to add strength. I'm sure under his instructions all the players will come back together.
I'm sure Pochettino will be good for Chelsea next season, but getting Chelsea back to their best will definitely take time. Ten Hag did well this season for Manchester United, Eddie Howe did well for Newcastle, but Potter and Lampard have completely flopped for Chelsea.

I certainly can hope that Chelsea will improve in terms of performance next season after Pochettino was chosen as their new coach. Pochettino has experience with Tottenham and now he is in blue London to be the enemy of his former team.
At least bringing Chelsea to a better position than now is considered good for Pochettino. But it is true that even in this case it is still possible but there is a lot of work waiting for him at the beginning of this season. The self-confidence and mentality of the players must be really improved because even though they are players who actually have extraordinary skills, but when their mentality is still the same as now, of course this will not be easy to navigate next season.

Mbappe is a very good and quick player and the star has enough finishing skills. And he has performed well enough for PSG club. Mbappe's contribution behind winning many matches is huge. But despite doing well in PSG club or scoring more goals, this star is not able to shine his career. Because PSG club has always failed to perform well on any big stage. No matter how well a player performs, if his team does not do well in any tournament, then there is no point in playing well from that team. If you change the club and go to a good club, you will see the success of the team and your career will be very bright. Maybe he can earn a lot of money at PSG but he won't get the respect he deserves as a footballer.
PSG failed to live up to expectations; they are a major club, and fans expect to see the Parisians lift significant trophies; but, despite being designated Ligue One champions, they lack confidence in competing in top competitions such as the Champions League. I'm more concerned about the Frenchman; he understands what he needs to do to win the Ballon d'Or; he looks for exits and moves to Real Madrid, wins the UCL title, and already possesses the Russia 2018 World Cup in his trophy cabinet, so his odds of winning the Ballon d'Or exceed 80%. Kylian Mbappe shone brighter than any other PSG player, and he's also stringent salary earner in the club and Ligue One.
One of the things they should improve is starting from the transfer.
Bringing in old players like Sergio and Messi before is quite good but in terms of competition they are certainly hampered by age so in this case they have to try new things by looking for fresher players of course.
