Definitely not. There are a lot of interesting projects now, although there is a lot of scam as well, but ICO's are very good things in overall, everybody is talking about ICO's right now, so ICO's serve for popularization of crypto currencies.

It's quite hard to imagine this. The concept of bitcoin is decentralized, secure and anonymous payment method. It would be hard to implement all those features in paper money. Maybe it could be possible to implement it in the future.

Why bitcoin should go over it's end? It greatly raised in price previously, and the raise was too fast and sudden. Regular correction appeared now, I don' think the price will go down. It's nice time to buy actually, I definitely plan to buy some BTC.

I'm using Coinbase's Gdax to buy the most popular cryptos for fiat currency. I plan to buy some altcoins/ICO tokens in the future, and I'm still thinking about which exchange I should use to buy altcoins. As far as I see all such exchanges are accepting only ETH, BTC or other coins/tokens, but is there any exchange, where I can buy a lot of different tokens for fiat?

I think it's quite risky to leave your funds on exchange. Having them on the hardware wallet will be much more safer.
