321  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Surges Above $4900 Amid Catalan 'Independence' Declaration on: October 16, 2017, 06:42:50 PM
I dont see the link between this independence and BTC urge to grow in terms of value.  BTC increased because of it's speculative nature, there were being positive reviews about it, the forks are also coming which may make BTC decrease a bit in terms of value because of the uncertainity it would create.
322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Korea To Tax Bitcoin Use on: October 16, 2017, 11:55:19 AM
I think taxing BTC is what it makes legalized in the country. If you pay your taxes towards your BTC, well, they know how much you might have, so then if you are having huges transactions happening they dont get locked or frozen because, you have already paid the taxes for what you have! This is a move towards legalization, and it will help BTC become more strong  also.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about Bitcoin gold?? on: October 16, 2017, 10:27:30 AM
I believe BTC gold will have it's ideas, but in the end it will be another copy of the original BTC, therefore I think it won't sustain for long. If it isnt adopted enough it will have the fate of BTC cash, that once was around 700$ and now is slowly decreasing, maybe because the whales that launched it stopped supplying this coins.  But this is all predictions, and we will know for sure only after the fork happens!
324  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia Plans to Beat China To State-Owned Cryptocurrency? on: October 16, 2017, 09:04:03 AM
Let's look at the disadvantages of this for the public :

1. ZERO financial privacy < All your transactions will be known by your government >
2. Governments can change the Coin Cap and devaluate your currency, whenever they want.
3. Governments can block or manipulate the private Blockchain and specific transactions.
4. Governments can hide transactions from the public.
5. Governments have full control over your wealth. < They can transfer your coins to their address at a push of a button >

This is even worst than private banks or private <centralized> financial institutions, like PayPal. ^grrrrrrr^

All said here! Having a controlled by the government digital currency is worse than having fiat running around. I bet even having fiat is a bit more liberal than having this kind of digital currency. One of the things that digital currency broought was that it is anonymous, but with this, everything will be in control of the government. You can even end up not having your transactions confirmed because the government didnt want you to transact. Hope, people see these disadvantages and dont pull of BTC( unless these countries ban the use of BTC).
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: china Asserts Bitcoin’s Adoption as Actual Currency Would Be Disasterous on: October 16, 2017, 08:38:36 AM
Well, I believe that in this speculative market, making it the only currency and with more volume and usage might be a mistake, but making it a currency, and using it without destroying fiat, would be a great support for countries that are in financial crisis.
Saw from this news that the idea of creating state-owned digital currency a topic that is being talked, will make BTC's value even more higher, because that will make BTC look a coin that has a future, and that's why they want their own.

327  Economy / Economics / Re: Which country will be the first to legalize Bitcoin? on: October 15, 2017, 01:53:06 PM
Countries with economical unstability might be the first ones. Maybe Venezuela, or even Zimbabwe may adopt BTC, because they have not many to lose because the state of their financial system is not very good.  But don't know if their create legislation about BTC anytime soon! Is too volatile still, and then  it can bring losses, and the adpoters of it will have to respond to it, causing bad climate in those countries.
328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: send money to someone by mistake on: October 15, 2017, 01:31:36 PM
This is one of the disadvantages BTC has over fiat, becaus eonce the money is sent by mistake to someone, you can't retrieve it, and you can only pray that the other guy who received it, is human enough to send you back the BTC.  And if you are sending big quantities, you have always to double check to which address you are sending, so you don't send it to anyone by mistake.
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mansion for sale in London. Price 17m euros, and payment accepted: Bitcoin on: October 15, 2017, 01:14:47 PM
This is not happening first time, but it is a good news. If bought with BTC, than it will be marvellous for BTC, because it is a huge transaction happening,  and it will surely give more value to BTC, and their users. Maybe if this ends up being a buy in BTC, will open the doors to more real estate businesses accepting BTC.

331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: india may launch its own cryptocurrency - "lakshmi" on: October 14, 2017, 02:36:02 PM
Even if several countries create their own cryptocurrencies, unless they ban BTC, I believe BTC will continue having the value that it has, simly because it is the 1st cryptocurrency, and by now, adopted by many users. Maybe until they create their coins, there will be more users of BTC, thus making BTC more valuable.
For the part of adopting a crypto besides their own fiat, that yes, would be interesting as I believe both the coins will have their use, and would sustain better the financial system of the countries!
332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin End or Be Removed From System? on: October 14, 2017, 01:33:14 PM
Until it has potential value, I don't believe it will be removed from the system. But as it is a kind of technology, if it starts getting unused( losing potential) or it's market value starts decreasing, then people might start forgeting it, because it would not bring any added value to the users. But until then, let's enjoy BTC, and take maximum profit out of it!
333  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2 Days back i sold 17 BTC for 4968 $ on bittrex - i regret on: October 14, 2017, 12:54:59 PM
Well, you are one of those who are  enthusiast sellers, Once the value rises more than normal, you guys start selling BTC! If you had sold them today, you could have got more $1000 or almost that! Now you should wait for the net dip, or buy portions of BTC, because the value of BTC is getting higher and higher!
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's market value is now larger than Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley on: October 14, 2017, 11:34:06 AM
BTC market's value is constantly growing, and I believe it will continue growing. We may think that this is why Golman and Morgan's people keep making BTC a hot topic, because it can revolutionize the entire financial system. And if this happens, BTC will get going on for a sky value! But  there are risks in every crypto, and the more worrying, is having no internet connection! So we will never  have a financial system only depending on BTC.

336  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Russia will regulate cryptourrencies on: October 13, 2017, 04:01:27 PM
Lately there have been much speculation from Russia, some tell that it will get banned, other tell that it will get regulated but accepted. I believe that they will opt for the regulation of crypto, and I believe that many coutries will follow that, if Russia does. Russia has been a country that knows how to sustain their wealth, and now in what kind of things they should focus! Take an example of oil, Russians are leaders in that market! I think Russia won't take a decision that could make lose the potential that BTC might bring!
337  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin prices after 25 october on: October 13, 2017, 12:14:52 PM
I think it will depend on the acceptance of BTC gold. If it just proves to be another side coin, than BTC has the potential to grow a bit more, from whatever t may be at that time. But if it grows without measures, and sky rockets it's value, then it might hapen some kind of correction, bringing it down to a more reasonable and stable value.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Ever Be Shutdown? on: October 13, 2017, 11:15:12 AM
Well, no electricity, and no internet connection would kill BTC for sure! You wouldn't be able to make any transactions without these.
Other issue can be all the countries in the world ban BTC, but this will not restrict it's circulation, as no internet connection do!

I think t is just a safety measure to avoid bots logging in! I don't see how it can feed the US wars!
And even if you want them to change it, you should atleast give some choices, who knows one of the choices you give is better than google captcha and they change it!
