They can also reset your 2 factor authentication by submitting a request but it takes atleast 1 week as it has been 8 days for me with no response.

Hey @piuk, could you comment on how long it takes to get your 2 factor authentication reset? I've been locked out for over a week now and I've already submitted a form. I have some things I need to do with my BTC.

here's what happened, I turned it on, DL'd Google authenticator and linked it to my account...Couple days later I switched the 2 factor off...THen after realizing I need to have it on always, I turned it back on thinking it was still linked to my google authenticator but it was not..

I lost my authentication and they have a reset form you can submit and they will reset it for you.
