Because if that phrase were blacklisted, then when someone genuinely mentions that user, he wouldn't get any notifications. And if we do the opposite (the current setting), every time someone uses the words occasionally, he again gets mentioned! Did that got that correct?

You raised a good point here, even though some people did not take it seriously, or has seen it as if we do not need the one that will be created directly by the forum and for the forum without depending on external website or an extensions. The features like ninjastic.space and bpip.org etc are doing the work, but I'm sure that some users do not know them, and even if everyone knows them, it doesn't change the fact that they are not part of the forum, and nothing can change that. It will be lovely if such feature is added.

Regarding the highlighted part, a lot of people who do that are usually part of an alt farm account, so I don't think it would reduce the "spam and shit post" issue that the forum has, since their goal is not just to post/spam but to join in the possibility of making money here in the forum.

I think you've already made a good case for why we need one, given the political squabbles and corruption. Politics has become a favorite topic among Filipinos; we're so involved that it's a part of our daily lives. Everyone has an opinion on it.
In fact, it's hard to distinguish between a true Filipino; you will be marked as DDS, Kakampink, or a loyalist, depending on what party you belong to.
