So, this wasn’t supposed to happen but yeah, it’s likely a scam or hack attempt on your account. Could this mean an email compromise and it should be changed.
What are you saying? Please read previous replies before making a new post.
OP received that message in the forum (not to his email address) and it was just to inform him about one of his posts being deleted by moderators. That's all.

The Firefox add-on is now officially available on the Firefox Store at :
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bitcointalk-script/
Yeah it's working, and it is fully restored extension now.
I don't like installing to many extensions in my browser, but this can be useful for someone who want's to have alternative themes and tweak other settings in forum.

What source is used to show exact Bitcoin price in the right corner?

Just wanted to see if someone is promoting phishing or malware links in his profile info, can mods do something about that (disabling links on profile info page or something similar or disabling it alltogether)?
Since links on individual profiles are there or serve a purpose for each member, disabling them for all is going to affect most people in a negative way, especially those who have genuine businesses to which they add links on their profiles.

If you notice someone doing that, I think the best thing to do is to bring that particular person to public notice so moderators can look into it and take action, as their punishment won’t be any different from those who post it directly to the forum.

I didn't imply that links should be disabled for all users, just to disable profile info if some user spreads malicious links over his profile information page.

When a user is nuked, their profile is emptied. Otherwise, admins can deal with it. Just report 'em.

There is one user that has malicious links on his profile info:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3671812

The link in his profile page contains link to another malicious website.

As we can see here following sites were tagged as phishing websites by exch exchange representative:

~

List of active domains you can report:

DomainReport link/email
monero[.]forexabuse@1api.net + legal@1api.net + abuse@identity.digital + https://www.identity.digital/policies/report-abuse
~
darknetbible[.]infosuspended on 2025-04-25

The site darknetbible[.]info has link (archived) to monero[.]forex which promotes scam exchanges xchange[.]cheap and stealthex[.]co which are scam copies of https://xchange.me and https://stealthex.io.

I had to look at the Philippines local board and I saw they have other boards which I think should be okay for now to move post's concerning politics there besides there are other boards on the Philippines local board and I believe they have a good number of active users hence their increased activities and from the looks a d based on OP request, seems the mostly have political discussions more than any other topics on their local board which makes it looks like there are more of political discussion threads than others.

It is mostly not about having more boards, but are the boards necessary and serving the purpose it was created? Countries that have bad leaders are always interested in political discussions because this forum gives them the opportunity to bash their leaders.

So does that mean I should have raised this request in our local board section first before posting it here in the Meta board?
AFAIK, only admin can create new child boards.
We don't speak the local language, so it's difficult to assess whether or not a child board is necessary.
Most of their posts are in English Language.
