He didn't state the reason he left his job, so we shouldn't just think one sided. There are alot of reasons people quit their job for another.
I don't like any job that I have to appear without phones. Even if I will actually not use the phone during work hours, but being ordered to not appear with my phone looks cruel.

maybe it's like working in a factory. but don't know if he doesn't have enough rest time to check his phone. but in some factory environments, it might be very strict for their employees.

maybe Op left his job because the pressure of the job was not what he wanted. Some people may be so stressed by work pressure that their time for family runs out.

I don't know whether Op's intention is to come to the forum to also look for work. but if it's just to learn Bitcoin, there's no need to quit your job.

Which ones are reliable?
Which ones are people actually using?
Centralized exchanges(CEX)? or Decentralized/DeFi-based exchanges(DEX)?
Which specific blockchain?

How do they work?
Which specific CEX/DEX? Most platforms differ in one way or another.

You're going to need to fill us up with more specifics brah. But just so I don't leave you empty-handed:

I have been across newbie ranks with great intellectual exploitation in the forum like they have been here for long now. What is the secret behind their knowledge on considering the high level of their contributions in the forum? Does it mean they have the knowledges before joining the forum? Or are they bot accounts?
I am just curious as a beginner. Thank you all.
there are different set of newbies here, some have known much more about Cryptocurrency before coming to the forum, some are alt acct, some are old people who has been ban and decides to start afresh. Some have been concentrating in the bounty section and making post but not getting enough merit since bounty work does not require much quality post, they hardly earn merit. so for that reason they become always a newbie with alot of activities while some have Been here for a longer time studying without contributing anything but just reading to know more before commenting and when they comment it will look as if it's a legendary. Just bear it in mind that if bitcoin knowledge was to be updated  to anybody's account immediately they Register in this forum, some newbies in this forum deserve to be a legendary, but because the forum has a procedure which everyone must follow serially, so they can't parmit such a thing.

Instant exchanges, I don't understand what you asked.

Exchanges have two types: centralized, decentralized. Centralized exchanges are more favorite by people because these exchanges have higher trading volumes than decentralized exchanges. They have more trading pairs and there is less risk of rug pull with projects listed on centralized exchanges.

With decentralized exchanges, trading volume is usually lower and risk of rug pull is bigger. Trading on decentralized exchanges require available Liquidity pool and it is risk of rug pull if the project team rug the liquidity.

Exchange can take some seconds to finish on decentralized exchanges because your trade is an on chain transaction, it must be confirmed to complete.
On centralized exchanges, your trade is off chain, not on chain but your order can be filled or not filled, depends on order type you use.

It is not wrong on the number two questions though as you just asked it the "best wallet", it answers with different type of wallets, and its true that many uses coinbase and trustwallet and maybe considered as "best". Try to ask different question like "best non-custodial wallet" or "best custodial wallet" surely, it will give a different list of answer.
The question is not clear so the answer can be too general.

Best wallet, on what criteria, because different people will find their own best wallets. You can have your needs and see this wallet is best for your needs but the others can have different demands so their best wallets might be different than your choice.

How Do I Choose a Wallet?

This saying is true "No matter what choice you make, you will obviously be criticized by almost everyone who did not made that choice"

If the question more focuses on privacy or coin control, the answer from AI can be different. People needs to know what they ask like if a newbie, they don't know too much about many things. If they have demand, are unclear, they will ask more questions and AI can help them with more details.

Charles-Tim can try another question, and see what is AI answer for it.

SO If i want to exchange my usdt or main coins like btc diretly in the wallet without dealing with exchangers like binance ?
There's no wallet like that, wallet with "built-in exchanges" are just using fancy words as you still need to transfer it with transaction fee to the exchange, thus most "built-in instant exchanges" have hidden/huge fees and usually occur issues than exchanges like binance.

Well, most multi wallet have "built-in" features, open-source wallets like unstoppable and metamask wallet.
