some countries use military time, where I live a broken clock is only right once a day, or if it is broken, but still ticking, it may be wrong all day by a set amount of time if the correct time, and its time never cross.

Yes it does. I believe two orders at 13.84 and possibly 14.00 are false, albeit relatively small against some we've seen lately. No, I'm not just pointing at the massive line sticking out and saying it's a lie. Up until those points it all looks legit. I'm watching the buy side too. Wouldn't want to hold my coins on a shaky foundation, would I?
