We are an online black market (with PGP support) operated as a Tor hidden service and as clearnet service.
You can use our market without javascript, just for automatic PGP encryption at order process javascript is necessary.
Otherwise you have to manually encrypt the order address with PGP if the vendor has it enabled.

All our transactions are conducted with bitcoins. We are a market which is specialised in drugs, weapons, creditcards, goods, counterfeits and more.

Current register fee for Vendors: 0.1 Bitcoin
Registration as Buyer is free!

We take a 4% fee on every order which is paid by the buyer.

Clearnet Domains:
http://anarchia.to
http://anarchia.cc

Darknet Domains:
http://knv7gttjupj66hak.onion
http://tkmlejimlt72jnkm.onion

All others are fake.

Because of PGP functions it is impossible for anyone (even admins) to read your private messages or order addresses.
For more security you can enable two-factor PGP auth.
As vendor you can choose on every single order to mark it as finalize early or not, if the buyer isnt fine with it he can cancel it.

For your own security, as buyer or vendor please insert a PGP public key to your profile.
If you are not familiar with PGP, you can use our easy Online PGP Service (needs javascript) located under:
anarchia.to/pgp/index.php

Because of security reasons we process bitcoin payouts manually. It may take some minutes till several hours.
For this reason its impossible for anyone to steal your coins, because we use offline cold storage wallets.

Hey man I hope this isn't a scam.

If it isn't & you genuinely are a dark web site, I wouldn't advertise certain things on here, the feds probably have a constant eye on this forum.
There are a few words in the OP you need to delete to cover yourself.
If you say 'dark web' people know what to expect on there, you don't need to mention substances etc in your OP.
Nobody here wants to see anybody else spending the best years of their life in prison for trying to provide a service that eliminates violence & crime on the street if you know what I mean.

What's to stop vendors from requesting direct payment from buyers via their encrypted PGP messages, so buyers don't have to pay the 4% premium?

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Hi, nothing - we can't control or read what users/vendors write or want to make over PGP.

For our escrow service its necessary to complete the trade via our system, if the users pays the vendor directly and he doesnt ship anything - we cant do anything too.

So its better for vendor and buyer to use escrow, in the case the vendor doesnt ship anything buyer can start a dispute/complaint and the team will act.
