It's a non-theistic religious organization.....

Does anyone else see the irony in this?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
No. Atheism and irreligion are entirely separate concepts. There are several religions that don't involve belief in a deity: Buddhism, Taoism, Jainism, etc. There's nothing ironic about that.

True, including the fact that most satanists fall in the category of religious atheists just like Unitarian universalists, or christian atheists.

I'm not sure what to think about this. If this becomes very popular we could find ourselves having many people speculating that bitcoin is supported by "the devil" and is used by satanists. It's great that another business/organization is accepting bitcoin, but is this something you'd want to put on your list to show people which organizations are excepting bitcoin?

If you think being supported by “the devil” is a bad thing, then you don't understand what Satanism is about.

I'm not talking about myself, I'm talking about those people who are over religious and stick with their current laws. Like the type of people who are quick to judge before they actually indulge themselves into bitcoin.

The kind of people that also think homosexuality and a different skin color are things to be frowned upon. Clearly the problem is with them, not with us.

Very well. I am glad to hear another organisation accepts BTC as more may follow this example. Being a satanist is other what most people think it is. In order to understand it you need to open your mind first and go deeper into understanding. Take BTC as an example. People often do not get it or get it wrong in spite of that fact it's an innovative and extremely useful possibility. Again, people often get satanism wrong but in order to judge BTC wrong you need to be member of these two groups at least. If you know the real nature of BTC, you do not judge it bad just because a satanic organisation accepts it as well. If you know the real nature of the mentioned satanic organisation, you do not judge it bad just because you heard some false information about BTC. So, this fact could build a negative image only in those peoples minds who do not understand BTC anyway.

By the way, is this organisation any related to the Church of Satan?

The Satanic Temple and Church of Satan are unaffiliated (and from what I understand, the leadership from both don't really get along).

TST: Completely volunteer based, no membership dues, focused on activism and empowerment.

Church of Satan: Charges dues to members, elitist vibe, not really doing much in terms of activity.

This is what I've gathered from getting to know the local TST chapter.
