even it is noble idea, I'm coming here to relax, enjoy some discussions and learn something new, because this is just forum about technology and not obituary aggregator. simply, I don't want to see, who passed here..sometimes is better, if you are not aware about everything..

I agree with you here, though it is noble to honor the dead, still this is a forum of discussion for the living and the developments that we should be making. There are some honorable members of this forum that have passed away; most of us remember them in some ways without them having that kind of tag on their forum names.

I think it's better to just let people rest & have their accounts fade into the background. Most people here enjoy being anonymous any way due to the nature & sensitivity of BTC. I know I wouldn't want anything special being made out of my account if I died.

It's a very sensitive subject but I just think things should be kept discrete, this is a forum not an obituary section in a newspaper.
