This isn't November 2013.

At that time Litecoin had the altcoin market almost all to itself. Sure, PPC and a few others had come on the scene, but the concept of a "Silver" to Bitcoin's "Gold" was viable.

So the great pump of November 2013 started pricing that prospect in and, since it reached the top, has been declining as the speculative value gets squeezed out of it like excess water from a sponge.

Now, in February 2015, the landscape is completely different. There is nothing to "price in" that hasn't already been. Litecoin's raison d'etre is that it has a high liquidity market. That's about it. The retail adoption has been ambiguous at best and miserable at worst. At any rate it's left in the dust by Bitcoin which is where all the VC capital is being spent.

A few EMA crossovers is interesting if there are the fundamentals to support a future revaluation. If the fundamentals do not support such a revaluation (as they did back in Nov 2013) then an EMA crossover doesn't mean jack other than a temporary plateau to let markets breath before another massive round of shorting.

I just caught the November 2013 bus because I saw it had a viable destination on the front and only about a week later it went "to the moon". Unfortunately that destination is no longer served by this bus and I'll be letting it pass before all the off-orderbook-shorters in this market smell blood again and chop my holdings in half.

I approve this hypethread. This black swan event is something barely anybody expected.
Bait and switch.

SMA38day just crossed over to positive slope.

SMA20day through SMA37day are all still positive.

Here's darkcoin on 1d candles shown w/ SMA30day, note the positive accelerating slope of SMA30day just before breakout this past 48 hours:

Now here's litcoincoin shown w/ SMA30day and SMA7day, not the positve accelerating slope of SMA30day:

The difference is that DRK has a serious technology release and future plans where LTC is still in "waiting for BTC" mode.    Not saying LTC won't boom at some point but not seeing it right now.      Been trading LTC for 2 years now...

Many predictions become accurate if given enough time. This one, for example:

LTC was much more exciting when it was stalled near the recent low, we still could see a retest before a stronger, longer up-move.
