I think you won't able to buy or sell your coins anonymously because if you buy a coins or online you need an information so that they will entertain you if you don't have a information they will not allowed you to but because they don't know what your going to do to your bitcoin or else they want a information or list who are bought with they bitcoin.

then just buy from private, you don't need to buy on exchange, or you can pass through altcoin, altcoin only exchange don't require any info, you just need a way to obscure your ip when dealing with those

Yeah that is exactly my point. You can buy from a person but you can't sell it from the exchanger. So that you won't be anonymously buy and sell. If you sell that in a person who would bought that? you can only sell that in exchanger.

You can use mixer or buy a altercoin at first and then change it back in another exchange. This way may keep you completely anonymmous.

Maybe Find someone you can trust to buy the bitcoins on your behalf, you give them the cash, they buy the bitcoins and send them to you.

Or find someone online to buy the bitcoins, you wire the money in small amounts to avoid being scammed. (might pay a slightly higher price)

I think you can't find a person who will trust you and if you can find maybe you will be outweigh in your trading because if you sell it to a person the price of the bitcoin will be low and if you buy it price will be high.
