Why don't you just try buy from the Currency Exchange on the Marketplace here? There are plenty of ways you can send money to people without revealing your identity. You can buy things like moneypacks or similar and use them to send to sellers in exchange for coins (not entirely sure what verification moneypacks require but there are certain ways you can buy cash codes etc without revealing your identity to send to people so look into that).

well, obviously you can't buy them with anything, which is related to your name:) so no credit card, bank acc, paypal or something like this..

There are, but you need to be silent on your end and the other side must also be ready for the same, try out with an escrow, but in the end, if it comes to security, it needs something and with that, I mean to say higher fees.

then just buy from private, you don't need to buy on exchange, or you can pass through altcoin, altcoin only exchange don't require any info, you just need a way to obscure your ip when dealing with those

In my point to buy bitcoins anonymously you have to buy goods like laptop,phone...... with fiat and sell thm against bitcoins it will be a good idea

You could just find someone on Localbitcoins that accepts cash. Most likely the rate will float about $20 above conversion rate, but that's the price you pay for anonymity.
