He did send me the btc first but now i not trust him anymore because he claimed he got 60$ btc and after the 5$ deal i asked for more he said he not need more and in is walet are only like 0.02 far away from 60$

No, he is referring to fbads. Apparently the address he used to pay you the BTC was used by a scammer on another account so most likely the fbads is an alt of that scammer.

At first I noticed his chat history between him and nexaly is strange so I asked him to explain that. Then I found him doged my questions and even lied to me. He also can't provide a payment proof that he ever sent payment to nexaly. I can only assume that fbads is nexaly.

Additionally, their style or grammar were look the same.
