Is it true? as far as I can see eBay dont accept BTC, are they accepting Mooncoin?
1. It is true. You can buy for Mooncoin on these marketplaces.
2. Yes, Amazon, eBay don't accept BTC, LTC, DOGE, MOON and any crypto, but there is a gateway (powered by CoinGateway, Ltd, London, UK) so it's not a problem.
EDIT: The information above is OUTDATED.Coingateway.net (mooncoin.com/market.php was redirecting to coingateway.net) suddenly stopped their service with no refund.
Luckily there were almost no submissions made, except small testing amounts from members of Foundation.Edit:
And see here:
https://coingateway.net/index.php (that's what the above Moon Market is based on)
Quote from there: "We also support a multi Crypto exchange platform where you can cross trade any coin listed in the options. Just click the "Exchange" tab below!"
So you can also exchange Mooncoins directly into other cryptocurrencies or buy some MOON there.
See the first transaction BTC --> MOON on coingateway:
https://coingateway.net/transactions.php Edit: their service seems to not work reliably at the moment (see the comments below) and their support is offline. I've also tried to send a small amount of BTC to get MOON, in order to test it, but neither did the Mooncoins arrive, nor did their support respond to my questions regarding the failed transaction until now.
I tested but perhaps there are problems, then I stopped advertise the service via twitter and facebook, their accounts is inactive from April ..and then their support does not offer answer
Maintenance ?
Don't use this site I tried and and the took my coins promptly and gave me nothing in return. So only use
https://coingateway.net/ if you are in the mood to be robbed.
Hopefully they are only on summer vacation and will sort that out after their return. But in my opinion, if someone offers such a service, they should be reachable all the time.
