I regard this as a Planned Parenthood failure. Planned parenthood should include planned pregnancy, and clearly not nearly enough contraception is being done. I don't know if this is due to poverty (it can cost), cultural factors (black males proving manhood by impregnating most girls), or what. But clearly, the rate of unwanted pregnancy exceeds the rate of desired pregnancy, even with government programs offering cash rewards for children of single mothers.

Incorrect. New York State law does not allow the murdering of infants. Only fetuses are aborted.

The abortion rate might be quite high for the non-Hispanic blacks in New York City, but at the same time, their overall birth rate is almost equivalent to that of the general population. This means that the high abortion rate for the non-Hispanic blacks results from the lack of family planning among this particular ethnic group.

This is a terrible injury that must be heard by the politicians and the other organisations who cares about those problems. They must put a good portion of their efforts and money have from the contributors in this kind of war without weapons. Kind of shocking. They should overlay this data with socioeconomic data to see if income level can be correlated to a cause. The decision to have a baby or have an abortion can't be linked to race, because race has no ideology that would drive such behavior - religion, culture - perhaps, but not race.

Correct,  these abortions are about poverty. The people having these abortions are exercising sound judgment.

There are plenty of Mexican illegal immigrants in the United States, who survive solely on child benefit payments, after having a dozen children in the American soil. Also, this method has been tried before. But it was termed "racist".

lol.. John LaBruzzo was intelligent. Pay $1,000 now, to avoid expenses of several hundreds of thousands of USD later. Why encourage the homeless and the criminals to have children, when it is almost certain that they will end up in the same situation as their parents? Unfortunately, as I can see it, LaBruzzo got his ass kicked by the RINOs.
