Hey Everyone,

Just found this forums a few days ago and decided to signup today. I currently have $65 on PayPal and need BTC. I know there will be fees and stuff. Only looking to deal with trusted members so please stay away scammers. I know I'm new, I am Ex-Staff on a large forums and am trusted on Blackhatworld, additionally I can verify ownership of the PayPal being used and it's coming from my balance not a debit card/credit card.

Sorry, but paypal is easy to chargeback even after 180 days, so no one will take such risk with a new registered member.

Indeed, paypal is generally not safe to buy Bitcoin with because of chargebacks.

But, I've been using virwox to exchange Paypal funds for years now without issue, so there are legit services out there.
I suggest you read this first, since you first have to exchange fiat (your PayPal funds) to Linden Dollars, and then from Linden Dollars to Bitcoin:

Beware that they do charge pretty high fees and you'd have to wait 48 hours for your first transfer, after that you can exchange instantly.

Bunnycredits was willing to do it but he's not online at the moment and hasn't been on live chat when I have for 2-3 days. Again, if you read the above post that's why I'm willing to confirm my identities on these other forums + prove ownership.

Again some "it's not comming from credit card" story you can ALWAYS ALWAYS chargeback no matter where the funds are comming from!

I can do it if we both use escrow and it will be held for 2 weeks in escorw.

Just set up an account on Virwox.com and buy from them since they allow PayPal payments. Problem solved.

I just helped him via skype about virwox all done he got .2 for 60$ not bad

Dude, this is much preferred not work or PayPal. You find it difficult.

That's alright indeed, but their fees are generally pretty high, especially when using Paypal.

Anyway, Virwox is the only service I'd recommend when exchanging PayPal for Bitcoin.
