there is no use of escrow nor the sending first criteria will provide a fool proof solution , Paypal is the shit of all scammers and a scammer will surely scam you even if he sends first or you use an escrow.
a Charge back is sure with Scammers.
Of course there is no way to prevent fraud 100% of the time, but I can refuse to trade with anyone I deem suspicious. And not make the same
stupid mistake I did a few days ago.
I prefer Google Wallet but usually I don't even advertise I accept it. In under 90 minutes I can have the funds withdrawn to my bank. (much quicker withdrawals than PayPal...)
