hi,

I am new to btc guild, I read everywhere that you can choose between pplns and pps. But how? I cant find any option to switch between pps and pplns?
I use eu-stratum.btcguild.com:3333 right now as I am from europe.

I have now using btc guild for exactly 24 hours and balance shows 0.015 earnings. (i have 4,053.34 GH/s and 99.83% accepted)
Is this normal? I normaly got 0.05/0.045 at antpool and at bitcoindigger using the same hash. I know its about luck but the different is almost 4 times less?!

Thanks,
Sam

You need to ask this on the pools thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=49417.0

The pool is ran by a very good operator.

okay first 24 to 48 hours you build to full share.
when you leave it takes 24 to 48 hours to go to zero share.

so once you are fully charge up  you then depend on your luck

I think BTCGuild has stopped PPS scheme a long time ago. It involved too much risk for the pool operator and vulerable to withholding attack.

Go go PPNLS stats, look up the LUCK graph.

The past two weeks have been so unlucky, I am beginning to wonder what is up.

(24H / 3D / 1W / 2W / 1M / 3M / All Time): 41.947% / 59.992% / 65.501% / 66.337% / 84.668% / 92.407% / 97.063%

I would hate to have to move, as I have been with BTCG since GPU days but making 0.04BTC/day with 9TH vs 0.11BTC/day with the (shudder) Chinese pools PPS makes me wonder...
