Post it in scammer accusation. You're not getting your money back but you can prolly burn his account if this is legit proof. (Not familiar with Paypal chargeback proof)

Yes I knew that there is a risk involved in paypal exchange but didn't expected one can even charge back for just 1.4USD. So I didn't even try to prove any thing to paypal just refunded to save my time.

I have already opened scammer accusation thread and Quickseller already added red feedback to his account.
