I'm not too sure about PC versions of those.

check out coinomi, it's a mobile app. you can store a whole bunch of altcoins with them

BTC, LTC, Doge and some others can be hold on superNET wallet in combination with NXT exchange assets. i use it as a central wallet for seven coins.
