I'd singed up for their giveaway, but couldn't claim it. they had given 14 days(without any notification on email etc..) time to claim the giveaway which is over now.

That whole operation sounds like a scam to me. The should change the name from Neucoin to Preminecoin.

 The fight to be the most used blockchain is a long hard siege.  I can't see how they could achieve that with Neucoin's strategy.  Simplicity and practicality is good.  But you have to offer much more.
